Taylor Lautner ‘GQ’ Spread

The buff young hunk packed on 30 pounds to keep his role as werewolf Jacob Black in the Twilight sequel New Moon, resulting in awesome abs. Taylor showed off his bulked-up body in a debonair photoshoot for the November issue of GQ Magazine.

“When a man transforms into a wolf, all of his clothes get shredded. When he comes back to human form, he’s wearing ripped jeans, and that’s about it. It’s the way it was written. The great thing about this series is we stay true to the books.”

Taylor Lautner October 2009 ‘Teen Vogue’ Cover Boy
Posted on 07. Sep, 2009 by CSS.

Taylor Lautner’s is still getting used to how dramatically his life has changed since he landed the role of lovesick werewolf Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga.
“There are twelve cars that camp outside my house,” the 17-year-old reveals in the Teen Vogue’s October issue. “You can’t ever really get used to it, because it’s not normal to have people snapping pictures of everything you do. You just have to try not to let it affect you.”
Taylor Explains How His Karate Coaching (Who Played The Blue Ranger On The Series Power Rangers In The ’90s) Got Him Interested In Acting: “At first, I wasn’t interested, but he said I could stay at his house for a few weeks, meet with some agents, go on auditions,” Taylor recalled, “I liked it. Taking on roles that were the opposite of what I could be in real life? That’s still my favorite thing.”
Taylor On His Alleged Romance With Selena Gomez: “She’s a great girl.”
How Did He Bulk Up For The Role Of Jacob: “Hitting the gym, hiring a personal trainer, eating the right foods, and eating a lot of them.”
What Hollywood Staples Inspire Taylor? “I really look up to Denzel Washington as an actor. I’d love to do a film with him one day in the future. That would be my dream come true. And I love the action-drama films like Matt Damon and Brad Pitt do.”
