On The Jay Leno Show, Jay surprised acid-tongued comedienne Chelsea Handler with a life-size replica of her image on the cover of the December issue of Playboy Magazine.
The tough-talking author and talk-show host says she gave up drinking “for about a day and a half” as she prepared for her debut pictorial in the iconic men’s mag.

Michelle Obama To Guest Appear On ‘The Jay Leno Show’

Michelle Obama will appear on an upcoming episode of The Jay Leno Show, The Associated Press reports
On Monday, NBC announced that the First Lady will respond to ten rapid-fire questions on the program’s “10 @ 10″ segment, via satellite from The White House. The guest spot marks the first time Mrs. O has appeared alongside Leno since the comic’s move to prime time last month.
The First Lady will answer Jay’s questions on The Jay Leno Show this Friday, Oct. 23.

Kate Gosselin ‘JMZ’ Sketch ‘The Jay Leno Show’

A bitter public feud with her estranged husband Jon didn’t stop reality mom Kate Gosselin from poking fun at her “Mommy” image in a comedy skit that aired on The Jay Leno Show Wednesday.
In the skit, faux-photogs from Mike Day’s JMZ crew mob Kate’s car in a grocery store parking lot. “Seriously, I am exhausted. Leave me alone,” she scowls at them. “Hey, what did Mommy say? I asked you to stop taking pictures and you continued.”
She tells one photog “go to your room,” but after he complains that they’re in a parking lot, she says, “go to your car” and come out “when you’re ready to behave.”
“Will you help Mommy with these groceries?” she tells another pap — Kate even cowlicks a few cheeks!

Kanye West Public Apology “The Jay Leno Show”

Kanye West publicly apologized for his behavior at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards during an interview with Jay Leno on Monday night’s premiere episode of The Jay Leno Show on NBC.
While he was originally set to serve as just a musical guest – performing with Jay-Z and Rihanna — Kanye spoke to Jay for several minutes before taking the stage to talk about storming the VMA stage and upstaging Best Female Music Video winner Taylor Swift during the 19-year-old’s acceptance speech.
“It’s been extremely difficult, just dealing with the fact that I hurt [someone] or took anything away… from a talented artist, or from anyone because I only wanted to help people,” Kanye told Jay. “My entire life I’ve only wanted to give and do something that I felt was right and I immediately knew in this situation that it was wrong and it wasn’t a spectacle, it’s actually someone’s emotions… that I stepped on… It was rude, period. I’d like to be able to apologize to her in person.”
When asked by Jay when he realized he was wrong, Kanye replied: “Like as soon as I gave the mic back to her and she didn’t keep going.”
Jay then went on to bring up Kanye’s late mother, Dr. Donda West, during the interview, mentioning that he met her and asking the rapper what his mother would have said about her son’s behavior. Kanye struggled to find the words to answer the question and appeared to choke up. He also vowed to “take some time off” after his most public meltdown, saying: “After this, I need to just take some time off and analyze how I’m going to make it through the rest of this life, how I’m going to improve, because I am a celebrity and that’s just something I’m going to have to deal with.”

Conan O'Brien Will Be Jay Leno's Final Guest On 'The Tonight Show'

Jay Leno has revealed the identity of his final guest on The Tonight Show– Pay attention. This will be a trivia question someday.
Jay’s final chat as host of The Tonight Show will be with none other than his successor, Conan O’Brien.
Conan will appear as the last guest on Jay’s final show, which will air Friday, May 29 on NBC, Jay — who is leaving The Tonight Show after a 17 year run — made the announcement during conference call on Thursday morning.

The week of May 25th will be Jay Leno’s last as the host of The Tonight Show– but it looks like the comedian with the classic chin will welcome a host of exciting guests as his seventeen year bag of laughs comes to an end.
Here’s A List of Jay’s Final Week of Guests:
- Monday, May 25: Look for Mel Gibson and Lyle Lovett, who will be making his 25th appearance.
- Tuesday, May 26: California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger makes his 25th appearance on the show. He will be joined by country music-great Dwight Yoakam.
- Wednesday, May 27: Jay’s guests include Wanda Sykes and Sarah McLachlan.
- Thursday, May 28: The first guest to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno — comedian Billy Crystal — returns, as does musical guest Prince.
- Friday, May 29: The guests for the last episode of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno will be announced later this week.

Paris Hilton Has No Idea Who Pays Her Bills & Refuses To Do Leno Again

Paris Hilton hates Jay Leno and has no idea who pays her bills.
The heiress is being sued for allegedly failing to do enough promotional work for her 2006 stink-bomb, Pledge This.
World Entertainment Group, who produced the flop, claim Paris’ lack of promotion for the film’s DVD release cost an investor more than $8.3 million. The former Simple Life star made some simple remarks during a deposition in Miami in March, Access Hollywood reports.
When an attorney deposing the star asked who paid her bills, she replied: “I don’t know. I’m assuming, like, whoever pays my bills. I never ask about that stuff.”
Good idea, Paris. If Bill Fairies— just magically appeared to pay all of my bills, I wouldn’t ask any questions, either.
Paris told the federal court that she had never even seen her cellphone bill until one of her lawyers showed it to her.
The deposition also revealed that the jet-setting celeb prefers making promo appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman as opposed to its NBC rival The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, because Leno asks questions that P.H. just can’t be bothered to answer.
Paris claims she fell out of favor with Leno after he failed to “follow particular guidelines with regard to why we were there and promoting. We would never do Leno.”
The 28-year-old contends that she did her part to make Pledge This a smash, but it simply was not meant to be:
“Any chance I got, any red carpet, any press, if I was doing something for another product … I would just bring it up, ‘Oh, my new sorority film, it’s going to be sexy, it’s going to be really hot girls’ — like I really, you know, did my best….”
My favorite line from Paris’s deposition came when she was asked to describe what her role on the movie as executive producer entailed: “I’m not sure what a producer does, but — I don’t know, help get cool people in the cast.”
Brilliant! For quite a while now Paris has claimed that her ditsy image is just that an image-She is always trying to push the fact that she is more intelligent than the media allows the public to see. However, the statements she gave in the deposition pretty much seal the deal on Paris’s I.Q.
A trial is scheduled to begin on June 8.

Jay Leno Talks About His Exhaustion:

Jay Leno missed two days of hosting The Tonight Show last month – his first in 17 years of hosting the late night show — due to exhaustion.
Jay’s busy workload includes, hosting the show five nights a week, traveling for standup comedy gigs across the country, and writing three print columns about his passion — classic cars.
“Exhaustion,” Jay joked to PEOPLE on Friday. “That’s like a rich person’s condition. Poor people that work – they don’t get exhausted. Only rich people get exhausted. It’s an embarrassing thing.”
He added, “I write for the London Sunday Times, I write for Popular Mechanics every month and I write for a British magazine called Octane. I do all automotive stuff. And then I’m on the road 160 days. I think it’s one of those deals where you just got worn out.”
Jay is definitely a busy busy man!

Jay Leno Returns To "Tonight Show" Joking About Hospitalization

After a brief hospital stay, Jay Leno returned to The Tonight Show on Monday night.
The comedian was hospitalized for suspected dehydration last Thursday, but joked that his first leave of absence in 17 years as the face of NBC late night to the swine flu outbreak.
Jay, who was discharged on Friday, is celebrating his 59th birthday today.
