Spencer Pratt Comes Clean On Conrads Alleged Sex Tape

Well now we know why LC won’t be in the house when Heidi and Spencer exchange vows this weekend.
Lauren Conrad always believed that Spencer Pratt
and Heidi Montag were behind a rumor claiming she had recorded herself having sex with former bad boy BF Jason Wahler, but the pair consistently denied any involvement in the scandalous act –until now, that is.
At The Hills Panel at PaleyFest09 in Los Angeles
on Tuesday, Lauren Conrad revealed that Spencer Pratt, the fiance of her ex-BFF, Heidi Montag, recently admitted that he did in fact start the rumor that she recorded an intimate video.
Lauren revealed the news after the panel moderator asked if she still thought Heidi and Spencer were to blame for the rumors.
“We actually have it on tape,” Lauren told packed audience. “[Spencer] takes responsibility and apologizes for it.”
“Sorry! Spoiler!” Lauren laughed.
Whispers of the sex tape, which does not exist, first surfaced after shooting wrapped on the second season of The Hills two years ago. The rumor ended the friendship between Lauren and Heidi and sparked the still on-going feud between the women.
In fact, Heidi once accused Brody Jenner of starting the sex tape rumors. And if his comments on Tuesday are any indication, BJ’s still pretty broken up about that.
“They knew they had spread the rumors…They were plotting and scheming to point the fingers at everybody else when everybody knew it was them who did it. There was no way of getting out of it. I think that was their desperate measure of trying to get out of it.”
A little vindication for LC!

Heidi Montag Getting Hitched To Spencer Pratt April 25, 2009

When Two Ridiculous People Become One: The Hills’ Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are getting married–for real this time. The controversial reality stars will tie the knot during a private wedding ceremony in an undisclosed location in Pasadena, California on Saturday, April 25, E! News has learned.
“This will be the real wedding,” a source close to the couple blabs. “It’s being filmed as the season finale for The Hills.”
According to the E! scoop, Heidi has already selected a gown for her big day and had her final fitting at the Monique Lhuillier Boutique in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.
Heidi and Spencer made headlines last November when the pair staged a fake wedding in Mexico for MTV’s cameras.
If MTV gives these two their own show I’ll lose my freaking mind!
Just curious but who are these two going to have as their bridesmaids and groomsmen… I mean they have alienated everyone and have no friends… I’m honestly curious to know who if anyone will be up there with them!?

'The Hills' Season 5 Promo Photos:

Lauren Conrad is keeping The Hills alive for one more season.
The cast of MTV’s The Hills has posed in a series of advance promotional photos for Season 5 of the unscripted drama.
Joining series star Lauren Conrad in a new cast photo are returning stars Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, Justin Bobby, and Stephanie Pratt.
“I actually thought last season was going to be my last,” the reality star revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday. “[But] the producers wanted to hopefully give the show some sort of closure and needed one more season.”
LC won’t be the only castmember ending her run as an MTV reality personality. Pal Audrina Patridge is also saying bye-bye to The Hills. The aspiring actress has inked a development deal for her own reality series with the producers of Survivor.
The fifth season of The Hills premieres on MTV this Monday, April 6 at 10 P.M.

'The Hills' Is Ending!

The Hills will end its five year run on MTV at the end of the upcoming season, series star Lauren Conrad reveals in an interview featured in the April issue of Seventeen.
“My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while it’s still a great thing,” she explains. “I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, ‘This is as long as I can do it and stay sane.’”
“There are episodes that I watch when I actually annoy myself. I just want to be like, ‘Get it together!’”
Well, that makes two of us….
“Honestly, it’s difficult for me remember what I was like before I had a mic taped to me. But I think I’ve become a little bit more independent and not quite as… I don’t want to say it, but pathetic,” the young star says in the April 2009 issue of Seventeen.
“I think that there are times when I get caught up in the drama and I get upset. I can be a little sensitive to things, but I don’t think I ever wake up in the morning intending to cause problems,” LC explained. “I think that there are definitely people who thrive on drama and they enjoy it. They need to keep their lives exciting. I’m happiest when I’m boring.”
So now here is the big question… which one of these girls will pick up where Lauren leaves off and gain their own MTV reality show?!?!

Spencer Pratt Repulsed By Lady GaGa

We think it’s safe to assume that you won’t find “Just Dance” on Spencer Pratt’s playlist!
The Hills preppy boy issued a scathing critique of overnight sensation Lady GaGa at a Valentine’s Day party at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas last weekend.
Apparently, Spencer is peeved that both GaGa and his “wife”/co-conspirator/Malibu Barbie-knockoff Heidi Montag both have versions of the song “Fashion” making the rounds–with GaGa’s being the more popular of the two.
Well, Spencer begs to differ with those who feel his Heidi lacks the vocal chops to compete with Lady GaGa…or any other recording artist, for that matter.
“Heidi’s a far more talented artist, and her version of “Fashion” kills Lady GaGa’s,” Spencer Pratt told Life & Style. “Personally, I think Lady GaGa is repulsive and classless.”

On Thursday, four couples ranging in age from 19-22 years old will be married live in front of a national audience at MTV’s Times Square studio in New York City as part of the network special, Engaged & Underage: The Bridal Bowl.
The four-hour special begins at 1 p.m. EST, with a different couple walking down the aisle each hour.

After their “spiritual” wedding ceremony in Mexico last month, newlyweds Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are moving on to Phase Two of their plan to dominate reality television.
The Hills resident fame mongers have devised the ultimate scheme to maintain their celebrity status and continuing line their pockets with fistfuls of cash; Heidi and Spencer are having a baby!
Master manipulator Spencer has cajoled Heidi, 22, that a tiny bundle of joy would be the ideal cash cow for the couple, Star Magazine (Dec. 22 edition) claims.
“He’s been telling Heidi a baby would do wonders for their careers and pocketbooks.”
“Spencer sees all these other celebrities making millions of dollars selling pictures of their newborns, and he wants in on that action. In his mind, having a baby would be a goldmine…He’s convinced her to get pregnant,” offers a Hills spy, who adds, “They’re both shameless and will do anything for money!”
In addition to potential paydays from photos and possible endorsement deals, Heidi and Spencer reportedly believe churning out some crotchfruit could be the best way to get their own MTV spinoff.
“They think a Newlyweds-type show featuring them as young parents would be a huge hit.”

Tom Cruise is sounding off on how uncool it was for Spencer Pratt to make new “wife” Heidi Montag elope when she had always wished for a big wedding.
“It’s a special occasion, and she’ll remember it forever. If the girl wants the wedding, you gotta give the wedding. Spencer… dude… you’ll realize this later,” Tom said in an interview on The Hills Aftershow Monday night.
