Label founders Mark Badgley and James Mischka are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the chic brand with star-studded ad campaign shot by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Badgley & Mischka met as students Parsons School of Design in NYC back in 1982. In 1988, the duo started the Badgley Mischka line, which gained in popularity when Winona Ryder wore their gown to the Academy Awards in 1996.
“I love Badgley Mischka for not only making the most beautiful gowns,” Carrie says, “but also for bringing together such strong, amazing women to celebrate 20 years of glamour and fashion. I am thrilled to be part of their special anniversary.”

Eva Longoria Is Going To Great Lengths To Become A Non-Smoker

Eva Longoria has called up top British hypnotist Paul Mckenna to help her give up smoking.
“I have tried everything but I’m thinking of hooking up with Paul. I know you Brits like him and maybe he can cure me.”
As an ex smoker of 7 plus years I can attest to just how difficult it is to quit! I wish her nothing but success!

Eva Longoria wore this dress for the ‘Lingerie Miami’ Benefit on February 7. Lindsay wore hers February 15 in NYC. I think hands down the winner here is Eva. Eva just looks so beautiful in the dress while Lezlo totally effed it up with the stockings and the choice in shoes! Had she not made those wardrobe choices, I think it could have been a close call- what do you think?
Update:
After seeing Lindsay’s photo upclose and personal I have to recant my earlier statement: There is NO WAY it could have been a close call, even without the stockings and shoes!!- I mean seriously WTF is going on with her? She looks like a walking anti-drug advertisent- go ahead and add anti-plastic surgery to that as well!!
If she thinks that’s ‘What’s Hot’ It’s definitely not!!!!!

Eva Longoria Hosts 'Lingerie Miami'

Out for a good cause, Eva Longoria played host at the “Lingerie Miami To Benefit And Empower Impoverished Women Worldwide” event held at the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami on Saturday night (February 7).
Co-hosted by Veronica Webb, the show brought “a showcase of European couture designers for an exclusive dinner and fashion show,” according to Miami Herald reports.
I love her the dress she wore- the color compliments Eva perfectly!

Mariah Carey Wants Leona Lewis To Play Her On Broadway

Mariah Carey wants best-selling British songstress Leona Lewis to play her in a proposed Broadway musical about her rise to stardom.
If chosen, Leona would portray Mariah, the first artist to have her first five singles top the US Billboard 100 chart, from her discovery at age 20.
“Mariah’s not sure if she’ll star in it herself. If she doesn’t, names being tossed around include High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens and Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria. But Mariah secretly likes the idea of Leona Lewis playing her,” one spy whispered to Britain’s Daily Mail early Wednesday.
“Not only is she exotic, she’s the only one who they reckon would be able to tackle Mariah’s eight-octave vocal range.”
A spokeswoman for the diva confirmed: “Mariah is in talks for a Broadway musical to be made about her life in 2009.”
Theater bosses are hoping to have the production ready later this year.
