High hemlines, knee-high boots, and trampy make-up are all the rage for pre-teens this Halloween! Noah Cyrus wore a pair of “ladybird” and “vampire” outfits to two separate Halloween fundraisers in Santa Monica over the weekend, sparking criticism online that her dominatrix-inspired outfits were a bit too grown-up for a nine-year-old.
This isn’t Little Noah’s first wardrobe snafu at a recent public event; the child raised eyebrows in August as she pole-danced with pals at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards Pre-Show.
You would think common sense would have kicked in by now…Either the Cyrus parents are completely checked out from reality or they are dumber than dirt- Parenting lesson 101: You don’t make your child into a sex object, especially at the tender age of 9…For shame!

Gee, Billy Ray Cyrus sure looks a lot like Jimmy Fallon these days! The country crooner wants everyone to know that he “ain’t no Twitter quitter” like his daughter Miley.
The Hannah Montana star left the Tweeners in tears last week when she deleted her Twitter page in a bid to keep her private life more private. Shortly after, she rapped a video explanation to her fans, but you’ve just got to see Billy Ray’s rap response video that aired on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night.

Rob Van Winkle, perhaps best known as “rapper” Vanilla Ice wants you to know he’s sorry for assaulting your eardrums for the past 20 years with his signature single, “Ice Ice Baby.”
Has it really been 20 years since “Ice Ice Baby” ruled the airwaves?! I still find that song incredibly catchy. Shhh…Don’t tell anyone!
Hey Rob, while you’re in a remorseful sorta mood, can we also get an apology for “Ninja Rap?” (Shivers)
Rob did this on a promotional website for Virgin Mobile- Rob’s apology runs alongside the top 10 Music Wrongs. Included in the wrongs is “Westside: Swear It Again”- that song totally pulls on my heart strings… You can vote whether you think the song is guilty or innocent of committing a “Music Wrong” I should advise that both David Hasselhoff and Billy Ray Cyrus made the list!

Miley Cyrus Wants To Move Out.

Miley Cyrus, who complained this week that the press is trying to turn her into Hollywood next badass, is playing the poor, persecuted sweetheart routine in hopes of moving into her own apartment with BFF Mandy Jiroux.
“She’s itching for freedom and wants to be under her own roof well before she turns 18.”
According to the Feb. 12 edition of The National Enquirer, Miley, 16, is lobbying for her parents to allow her to move into a bachelorette pad off Hollywood’s Sunset Strip with her YouTube co-star.
So far, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus have vetoed Miley’s plans to flee the nest.
“They feel that, if anything, she’s already got more freedom than is good for her,” says a family friend.
But Miley isn’t giving up, sources tell the tabloid. The naughty little Disney star has grown accustomed to having her own way and she’s certain that with enough pestering, she’ll soon be leaving life on her own terms–outside of her parent’s house.
“Miley knows that the next time she asks, it will come as less of a shock-and she plans to wear her folks down.”
I say at this rate (it its true) Miley Cyrus has a lot to learn- No good can come from living on your own at the age of 16- what is she hoping to get to do that she cant do at home?? She is already allowed to have her 20 year old boyfriend stay with her- Sounds too me like that statement is dead on, She has WAY more freedom than is already good for her!

Is Miley Cyrus Seeking Emancipation?!?

The Hannah Montana star is reportedly in discussions with her attorney about filing a Petition of Emancipation form after repeatedly butting heads with the parentals, Billy Ray and Tish, over her May-December romance with 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston.
Miley is looking into legal emancipation so that she can have total control over her career, finances, and decisions, a pair of scandalous tabloid scoops claim.
Star Magazine insiders say Miley’s father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, is beginning to have reservations about his famous daughter’s romance with Gaston.
“He also thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” an unidentified source close to the Cyruses tells Star.
Miley was left in tears after her dad ordered her to stop seeing Justin during a recent confrontation.
“She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin.
“Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions.”
Britain’s Daily Mail writes:
“Although she’s only 16, she has been forced to mature much more quickly than most girls her age. She is dating a 20-year-old and is already a superstar, so she thinks it’s high time she started living like an adult. And although she loves her parents, she no longer wants to be treated like a child.”
This all seems a little hard to swallow- I mean the kid has everything and it doesn’t seem like her parents are that strict with her since they allowed her to date this 20 year old…. who knows I guess we will have to wait and see- if she does try to get emancipated she will just come off looking like a spoiled brat…only my opinion though!

This BLOWS my mind… Billy Ray is speaking out in support of his 15-year old daughter Miley’s relationship with 20 yr old Justin Gaston. Billy Ray says that Justin has a good heart etc etc etc… LOTS OF OLDER MEN HAVE A GOOD HEART YOU DONT HOOK YOUR CHILD UP WITH THEM??? This is nuts- some people’s logic is lost on me… Billy Ray is so ridiculous, so very very ridiculous!
Its only a matter of time before Miley is following in the footsteps of Britney and Lindsey, I mean honestly who lets their child date a man?? You Know Miley & Justin are already Bangin… so lame.
Billy Ray Cyrus doesn’t have a beef with his 15-year-old daughter Miley dating 20-year-old aspiring musician Justin Gaston.
“He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20-years-old and I was living and searching for the dream,” Billy Ray tells Access Hollywood of the model (and former Nashville Star contestant).
“He’s got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination,” Billy Ray added. “I think that’s the true measure of a man, is when you measure his heart.”
Gaston and Cyrus have gotten cozy since they were first linked together last month.
He was spotted attending an L.A. church with her family and supported her at Disney’s Concert for Hope, where she performed.
Most recently, he serenaded Miley at her pre-Sweet 16 bash at Disneyland this past weekend.
