“Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Season 2 Reunion Sneak Peeks; KZ Is Crazy!

We’re in store for an explosive hour of emotions as The Real Housewives of Atlanta get together for their Season 2 Reunion Special this Thursday night!
Tune in as Kandi opens up about AJ’s death, NeNe gets real about her stripper past, and Sheree faces speculation about her sexuality. I can hardly wait! Part One airs Oct. 29 @ 10/9c only on BRAVO.
Below are a few sneak peeks at all the drama that will go down Thursday. The Bravo videos load a little slow but they are worth watching if you are a die hard ‘Real Housewives’ fan!
I love that Andy went for the juice when talking to Kim about Big Papa and asking her point blank if her relationship with the married man is fair to Lee Najjar’s children. Kim’s response floors me, her statement that ‘There are bigger problems in the world, and all his kids are grown’- umm Kim maybe you missed the MTV TEEN Cribs episode- but I didn’t- Lee Najjar’s Kids are not all grown! Terrible, I really feel bad for his children. Especially Jamen Najjar since he is the youngest and definitely not an adult… nice try KZ.

‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Star Teresa Giudice Facing Forclosure

Heads will roll and tables will fly: Franklin Lakes socialite and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is facing foreclosure. According to a report from RadarOnline, DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc filed papers in Superior Court of New Jersey this week to begin foreclosing on the swank dream home Teresa owns with her husband Joe and the couple’s four young daughters; Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana. What exactly Teresa’s husband does for a living remained a mystery for much of the show’s first season.
The spitfire Italian princess joins NeNe Leakes, Kim Wu-Hartwell and Lynne Curtin as star of Bravo’s smash Real Housewives franchise who have been sent packing after falling behind on the mortgage.
How much is Bravo paying these ladies? Nonetheless, this is a travesty! How can they dream of evicting the woman who coined the phrase “prostitution whore!”

‘Real Housewives Of New York City’ Star Bethenny Frankel Expecting Baby With Fiance Jason Hoppy

Looks like it’s a shotgun wedding after all. Bethenny Frankel, who announced her engagement to boyfriend of 11 months Jason Hoppy last weekend, is approximately two months pregnant with her first child.
Although the star of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City has denied persistent reports for weeks now, on Monday, a scoop from celebrity snitch Perez Hilton divulged all the details on Beth’s new baby, forcing the culinary expert to reveal news of the pregnancy sooner than she’d hoped to.
“It’s premature to be telling people this,” the spitfire celebrity chef cried to PEOPLE yesterday afternoon.
Actually, she’s right — the risk of miscarriage is high in the first trimester. Every woman should have the right to wait until she is at least three months along to reveal the news publicly. Nevertheless, congrats to Bethenny.
Bethenny, 38, will be featured in a reality spin-off on Bravo premiering next year.

A pair of new faces will be added to the mix when The Real Housewives of New York City strut back onto the small screen for a third season next year. Big Apple socialites Sonja Morgan and Jennifer Gilbert have joined the cast of the

popular Bravo docu-comedy/drama, The New York Post reported Thursday.
Don’t worry — Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer, and Jill Zarin will all be back for social calls and on-screen catfights. Sonja and Jennifer will come aboard on a “recurring basis,” the networks says.
Sonja Morgan, a former model and friend to European royalty and fashion designers, is a single mother of a 9-year-old daughter named Morgan. Sonja “loves art, decorating, gardening, skiing and visiting France every chance she gets — be it for her charity work or just for pleasure,” according to a press release from Bravo.
Jennifer Gilbert
And Jennifer Gilbert, a successful entrepreneur, has been married for seven years and has three children. She owns and runs Save the Date®, a corporate and social event planning company, and serves as the co-owner of PortaMEe, a baby carrier company. Jennifer was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young when she was 29. She is a graduate of the “Birthing of Giants” Program at MIT.
Her motto? “Why cook when you can cater?”
The Real Housewives of New York City, currently in production, will return to Bravo in 2010.

‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ A.J. Jewell May Have Died From Complications Due To His Sickle Cell Anemia

A.J. Jewell better known as the former fiance of Kandi Burruss, who currently stars on Bravo’s ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ died Oct. 2 following an altercation with Fredrick Richardson.
Richardson is currently being held without bail on voluntary manslaughter charges. Fredrick is due back in court on October 20.
Initial reports made it seem like Ashley “A.J.” Jewell was left for dead after the fight — which occurred outside of a strip club in Atlanta on October 2nd — but law enforcement sources say that wasn’t the case.
Witnesses told authorities A.J. was walking and talking after the fight — and he didn’t even take an ambulance to the hospital, instead hitching a ride with one of his friends.
Dr. Kelly Rose, who is the Fulton County Associate Medical Examiner, spoke exclusively to TMZ suggesting underlying conditions may have caused Jewell’s untimely death:
Preliminary autopsy results lead her to believe Ashley “A.J.” Jewell suffered from Sickle Cell — a disease which inhibits oxygen flow to tissues in the body.
Rose says it’s most likely that Jewell was worked up from the fight — and because of his condition, it’s probable that he couldn’t replenish the oxygen he lost during the incident … which the Dr. says could have fatal consequences.
The attorney for Richardson, Dennis Scheib said preliminary autopsy results do not suggest a head injury and that the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office is waiting on toxicology results.

Lee Najjar Better Known As Kim Zolciak’s ‘Big Papa’ Selling Atlanta Home For Cool $25 Million

Lee Najjar, the Atlanta based real estate mogul who is known as “Big Poppa” on the Bravo show “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” has put his lavish Buckhead mansion up for sale for a whopping $25 million.
Najjar hired real estate agent Travis Reed to sell his property, requesting that the property be marketed internationally instead of locally.
Reed will market the estate through high-end magazines and Christie’s. The real estate agent said, “no property in Atlanta has ever sold in the secondary market for more than $10 million, though there are existing properties by the likes of Tyler Perry and Arthur Blank that are worth far more than that.”

Latest Update In The Death Of A.J. Jewell Ex-Fiance To Kandi Burruss, “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta”

The ex-fiance of “Housewives” star Kandi Burruss was walking and talking after the fight that led to his death.
Initial reports made it seem like Ashley “A.J.” Jewell was left for dead after the fight — which occurred outside of a strip club in Atlanta on Friday night — but law enforcement sources say that wasn’t the case.
Witnesses told authorities A.J. was walking and talking after the fight — and he didn’t even take an ambulance to the hospital, instead hitching a ride with one of his friends.
Suspect Fredrick Richardson is being held without bail and has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office says A.J.’s body showed evidence of a physical altercation — and they’re trying to determine the extent of those injuries while also looking to see if there “was another cause of death.”
The M.E.’s Office also says contrary to other reports, there were no stab wounds found on Jewell’s body.
Fredrick Richardson is being represented by Atlanta defense attorney Dennis Scheib.
Here’s what the AJC had to say about yesterday’s court appearance:
Richardson, his right fingers in a cast, said little during his first court appearance Tuesday morning.
Coming into the jail courtroom, Richardson waived to his 70-year-old mother and one of three children sitting in the rear, behind a glass partition. He spoke only to acknowledged to the judge that he understood the charges against him and that he had an attorney.
While waiting for the hearing to start, Scheib told reporters Jewell started the dispute with Richardson, the general manager at the club since May.
Scheib said Jewell was stretched out on Richardson’s sofa in his office “with a gun” beside him earlier in the day Friday.
Richardson said to Jewell “‘what are you doing?’ He [Jewell] said ‘I’ve got something for you,’” Scheib said.
According to Richardson, Scheib said, Jewell then pulled back the slide on the handgun.
Later in the parking lot, “A.J. comes out and says ‘I’ve got something for you.’ He takes off his shirt.. and hits Richardson twice,” Scheib said.
The two exchange blows and then Richardson leaves the parking lot. He went to the hospital to have his broken index finger treated. Scheib said. As Richardson was driving out of the parking lot, “A.J. was walking away. He wasn’t beaten to death,” Scheib said.
Jewell died later that night at Piedmont Hospital
“We don’t know what killed him,” Scheib said, complaining that a manslaughter charge is premature.
Scheib said Jewell may have had a health problem that caused his death.
Detectives said the deadly argument apparently came out of a slight and a disagreement over the club.
“They had some words about a business decision,” said Lt. Keith Meadows, head of the Atlanta Police Department’s homicide unit. “It seems like there was a struggle for power over the club.”
Fredrick is due back in court on October 20.
It is going to be very interesting to hear all the facts come out in this case. From the argument Fredrick’s attorney is making, it appears Jewell may have been the cause of his own fate.
On a sidenote: The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion show was set to tape today-no word on if that has been postponed or how involved Kandi will be.
**AJ’s funeral will be held Friday at the Ray of Hope Christian Church on Snapfinger Road in DeKalb County. The time has not yet been determined. A visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Donald Trimble Mortuary in Decatur.
