Miley Cyrus Raps To Help Us Understand Why She Left Twitter

On Thursday, the Tween World came to a standstill as Miley Cyrus sent her final Tweet and disappeared into cyber-oblivion. In a new YouTube vlog, the Disney starlet breaks into a rap as she explains her controversial decision to quit Twitter — abandoning her 2 million followers on the popular microblogging social media site.
And according to Miles, her rumored love interest and The Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth, has very little to do with why her Tweeting days are done.
“Yeah, the rumors are true, I deleted my Twitter,” the 16-year-old raps. “I had to say goodbye,” she continues, “and this little rap is to tell my fans why.”
“I want my private life private,” she raps. “I ain’t livin’ for tabloids, I’m living for me.”
Miley should definitely stick to singing rather than rapping…

BET Rewards Dog Killer Michael Vick With Reality Show

Fresh off an 18 month prison stint, Michael Vick is picking up the pieces of his life — on a new television reality show.
The Michael Vick Project will premiere on Black Entertainment Television(BET), later this year and is said to focus on the NFL quarterback’s controversial comeback with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Vick, who served time for running an interstate dog fighting ring, tells The L.A. Times Blog: “I just want people to really get to know me as an individual. What I want to do is change the perception of me. I am a human being. I’ve made some mistakes in the past, and I wish it had never happened. But it’s not about how you fall, but about how you pick yourself up.”
I would just like to remind everyone that this is the man found guilty of not only dog fighting but also; Dronwing dogs, Electrocuting dogs, Hanging dogs, Slamming dogs to the ground-all in an effort to kill the dog-and now he gets his very own reality show. This is sick.

Lindsay Lohan Looks Cracked Out At Paris Fashion Week 2009

YIKES!! I don’t think anything further is needed to be said, these photos definitely speak for themselves!
So was Lindsay Lohan’s debut as the creative director of French fashion line Ungaro a fashion hit or miss?
If the word of industry journalist is to be believed- the show was a royal flub!
The fashion gurus at Women’s Wear Daily panned the line’s Spring/Summer 2010 presentation at Paris Fashion Week on Sunday, blasting the new collection comprised largely of barely-there dresses, plunging necklines, and an obsession with all things pink.
“The collection displayed none of the promised younger side Lohan was supposed to deliver.” WWD speficially criticized Lindsay’s “nonskilled” influence on the collection designer, Estrella Archs, 35. “Being a young, pretty, controversial woman who looks good in clothes and photo ops just isn’t enough.”
The Guardian expressed a similar sentiment: “She may not have cut patterns or pinned toiles, but her influence could be seen throughout this collection. Whether this is a good thing is very much open to debate: there were dresses in the collection that one could all too easily believe to have been created by a designer with no experience or training.”
The Kansas City Star dubbed the fleeting line Pasties ‘R Us, writing: “Lohan and Archs held hands and hugged each other as they took to the podium for a post-show bow, drawing a mostly tepid round of applause from the skeptical crowd of fashion journalists and editors…”

Heidi Montag Guest Co-Host Oct. 1 “The View”

The Hills’ Heidi Montag-Pratt will step in for Elisabeth Hasselbeck as guest host of The View next Thursday, Oct. 1, but it won’t be her first time on the ABC morning gabfest.
During an appearance last summer, Heidi and her then-boyfriend Spencer Pratt were chastised for their infamous onscreen antics on their MTV reality smash by co-host Whoopi Goldberg, who told them: “You better get yourselves together or you’re going to be in the street. You’re going to have to take responsibility. You’re too old now. Last year it was cute. Now you’re adults.”
I can’t believe she will be a guest co-host…what is this world coming to?

Suzanne Somers Claims, “Chemotherapy Killed Patrick Swayze”

Yes, you read the post title correctly- Suzanne Somers is claiming that because Patrick Swayze underwent chemotherapy to fight off his Pancreatic cancer-the star is now deceased.
The former Three’s Company star gave her opinion on the Ghost star’s death while speaking at a party for Tom Ford’s movie, A Single Man, at the Toronto Film Festival last Thursday. In a new interview with Toronto National Post columnist Shinan Govani , Suzanne — who has a book coming out on cancer — said:
“They took this beautiful man and they basically put poison in him. Why couldn’t they have built him up nutritionally and gotten rid of the toxins in his body?”
In 2001, the Thighmaster frontwoman revealed she was battling breast cancer. After having surgery to remove the lump followed by radiation treatment, she refused chemotherapy against the advice of her doctors in favor of alternative treatment.
“I hate to be this controversial,” she continued. “I’m a singer-dancer-comedienne. But we have an epidemic going on, and I have to say it.”
I do believe it is in very poor taste to make comments like this especially within days of the actors death. I understand her stance on cancer and her book that is coming out will better shed light on that for everyone-but to speak out on Patrick’s courageous fight against pancreatic cancer was off-putting to say it nicely.
Everybody knows that getting diagnosed with pancreatic cancer is literally a death sentence- only 5% of those diagnosed are still alive within two years of their diagnosis.

David Hasselhoff Hospitalized Again With Alcohol Poisoning

David Hasselhoff was rushed to hospital on Sunday night suffering from alcohol poisoning, TMZ.com reported early Monday.
On Sunday, the actor’s 17-year-old daughter Hayley discovered the Knight Rider star “extremely drunk” in the family’s Encino, California home and immediately called her mother Pamela — who went through a nasty divorce with The Hoff several years ago.
Pamela called paramedics, who arrived at the property and transported Hasselhoff to the hospital, where he is still undergoing treatment.
The star’s addiction to alchohol was first exposed in 2007, when home video footage of the star in a drunken state and eating hamburger off the floor leaked onto the internet. In 2007, Hasselhoff was allegedly hospitalized with alcohol poisoning, although his spokesperson dismissed the reports, insisting the incident was not serious.
Through much of this season’s America’s Got Talent David looked to me like he was definitely inebriated, he almost always had a glossy look in his eyes matched with a silly perma-grin.
I hope he gets the help he needs and recovers from this!

It’s pretty much what I expected. The only reason it even has the catchy up beat tempo is because of Kim’s co-star Kandi Burrus who produced the single for her. Kim basically sounds like she is talking through the entire song-it didn’t really sound like actual singing to me, but that’s just my opinion!

9 Women Held Captive For 2 Months Believing They Were On Reality TV Program Like ‘Big Brother’

9 Turkish women were lured into an Istanbul villa, believing they were about to become reality TV stars.
On Monday, police freed the women, who were held captive for around two months.
Not only were the 9 women held captive, but naked pictures were taken and sold online, according to reports.
How did the women get lured to the fake reality TV show? They responded to an advertisement seeking reality show contestants.
The women had to sign a contract that said they would have no outside contact and would have to pay a fine if they exited the show before two months.

Paris’ verbal gem, “Dress cute wherever you go, life is too short to blend in,” will be immortalized in the 65th edition of the Dictionary.

National Enquirer Reporters Removed Brooke Shields Mother From Nursing Home In Hopes Of Uncovering A Tabloid Story

Brooke Shields has accused The National Enquirer of trying to exploit her vulnerable mother.
On Friday, the actress announced that her 75-year-old mom,Teri Shields, who suffers from dementia, was checked out of her New Jersey nursing home by two National Enquirer reporters in pursuit of a story.
“I intend to take every lawful action against all who were involved or who authorised this despicable act,” Brooke tells PEOPLE.
“My mother Teri Shields has been diagnosed with dementia. For her safety, she has temporarily been in a senior living facility, a very difficult decision for me. Late Thursday afternoon, I was alerted by [police] that my mother had been signed out of the facility by two reporters of the National Enquirer – who falsely claimed they were friends of hers.”
She added: “They then drove my 75-year-old mother around looking for a tabloid story. As anyone knows who has a parent who suffers from dementia or Alzheimer’s, it is one of the most difficult experiences you can go through as a son or daughter. The idea that the National Enquirer took advantage of her state is reprehensible and disgusting.”
The National Enquirer has since disputed the star’s accusations in an official statement, responding with: “At no point did the facility, which had given its permission for the outing, contend that there had been any wrongdoing in a situation where two people who had known each for more than a decade.”
That is so dispicable!!
