Julianne Hough Allegedly Bombs ‘FootLoose’ Audition
Posted on 24. Jun, 2009 by CSS.

She can dance and she can sing — but Julianne Hough’s acting is going to require some professional fine-tuning, if tattles for The New York Post are to be believed.
The Dancing With The Stars performer and rising country starlet is reportedly rearranging her work schedule to accomodate filming for next year’s remake of the 1984 film Footloose. However, word is Julianne has been ordered to take acting lessons after she tanked an audition for the role of preacher’s daughter Ariel Moore in the film, which will star Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford.
Julianne’s audition “was so bad, the producers sent her off to take acting classes,” The Post reports. “She’s scheduled for another screen test Aug. 1. They definitely like her, but the producers know they need a real actress for the movie to work — she’s a pretty girl who can sing and dance, but so was Mariah Carey, and we all know how ‘Glitter’ turned out.”
Footloose opens in theaters in July of 2010.

Lindsay Lohan Ordered To Gain Weight For Movie Role In, ‘The Other Side’
Posted on 01. Jun, 2009 by CSS.

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to gain weight and undergo drug testing by the producers of her upcoming film, The Other Side.
Lindsay has such a poor reputation on the Hollywood scene for wild-child misbehavior and diva antics, the only way the former child star could be hired for the film was to agree to gain weight, attend weekly weigh-ins, adhere to a nightly curfew during filming, and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
The makers of the upcoming motion picture thriller are familiar with Lindsay’s binge drinking and multiple trips to rehab, and insiders say they aren’t taking any chances that LiLo will suffer one of her famous relapses at their expense.
“Producers want Lindsay looking like a normal, healthy girl, not a skeleton,” a production insider tattles in the June 7 issue of Star, adding: “So they ordered her to rest up and eat more. They refuse to risk her dropping out of the movie because of her problems.”
It’s always refreshing to hear producers demanding their stars to gain weight instead of lose weight! And from the looks of things Lindsay could really benefit from this structured filming agreement!

Paris Hilton Documentary “Paris, Not France” Trailer
Posted on 21. May, 2009 by CSS.
Paris, Not France, a documentary on the life of celebutante Paris Hilton, will premiere on MTV this summer. The controversial 68-minute-short film, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in France over the weekend.
Paris, Not France, first opened at the Toronto Film Festival in 2006.
The documentary never saw the light of day after the heiress became concerned about how the public would react to it. But after three years of disputes between Paris and the film’s creators, producers agreed that a number of the objectionable scenes would be chopped and tossed on the cutting room floor — which prompted Paris to rally behind this raw look at her life.
Official Plot Description: “PARIS, NOT FRANCE provides an intimate and provocative look at the world’s first new media star - Paris Hilton. Shot in London, New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, the film explores the business of being Paris Hilton, and the human being that lies beneath the public persona. Adria Petty’s documentary attempts to explore how the Paris phenomenon came to be, and how it defines this moment in culture. With additional commentary from the Hilton family, friends and media experts ranging from Donald Trump, Camille Paglia, Jeff Vespa of WireImage, Richard Johnson of Page Six and more, the film poses the ultimate questions - What is so fascinating about Paris Hilton? And why are we such a celebrity obsessed culture?“
Now I am more interested in those ‘objectionable’ scenes that she made them cut….
