Meet ABC’s New ‘Bachelor’ Fan Favorite Jake Pavelka

Fan favorite Jake Pavelka was revealed as the next “Bachelor” on Tuesday night’s Dancing With The Stars Results Show.
Jake was an early front runner on the last season of The Bachelorette after a one-on-one date with Jillian Harris, during which the couple was serenaded in a private concert by country star Martina McBride.
“I’ve dated some really amazing girls, but I’ve never been successful at finding that one girl,” the Dallas pilot says, “and I saw how the whole thing comes together, the process with Jillian. I saw how the process works and I believe in it. That’s a unique way to meet somebody.”
The 14th season of The Bachelor premieres in January 2010 on ABC.

Jim Carrey And Jenny McCarthy Commitment Ceremony

Actor Jim Carrey and his longtime companion, former Playboy Playmate Jenny McCarthy, exchanged vows in a commitment ceremony in front of family and friends earlier this month.
Jim, 47, has been legally married twice, while at 36, Jenny has one trip down the aisle under her belt. Both have long claimed marriage would spoil their relationship. Instead, the couple, who have been dating since 2005, held a special commitment ceremony, during which they promised to be together forever.
Jim and Jenny pledged their love for each other in the Malibu ceremony, before jet-setting to Las Vegas for a mock honeymoon.
“The vows basically said that they would ‘be forever in love’ with one another and that they would always be together. For the two of them, it was as good as a marriage ceremony,” a tattle reveals in the Sept. 28 issue of The National Enquirer.
“They stayed at the Fantasy Tower in a luxury Sky Villa suite. When they weren’t kissing and cuddling, the two of them played Texas hold ‘em,” the source added. “He insists that he and Jenny are incredibly happy together, and they don’t want to jinx things by tying the knot. Jim says he doesn’t need a legal ceremony or a piece of paper, and Jenny feels the same.”

Madonna Supposedly Having Commitment Ceremony With Jesus Luz

Madonna and her 22-year-old lover are reportedly planning a “commitment ceremony” in front of a rabbi at the Kabbalah Center in Manhattan.
The Material Girl has been dating Brazilian model Jesus Luz since earlier this year after meeting him on the set of a photo shoot for W Magazine.
Since the singer’s adoption bid for 3-year-old Malawian toddler Mercy James has failed, Madonna’s more committed than ever to Jesus. The mother of three has even invested in $1,000 a week English lesson for her Portuguese-speaking honey.
A source tells British tabloid The Sunday Mirror:
“They are totally besotted with each other and he’s really helped Madonna through this tough time. It wasn’t that the relationship went off the boil, it was more a matter of Madonna wanting to concentrate on her adoption bid of Mercy and they wanted to keep a low profile while that became the main focus.”
Jesus has reportedly been accepted by the star’s children Lourdes, 12, eight-year-old Rocco, and adopted David, three.
This all seems a little hasty to me. Madonna and her team put a lot of false stories out their to keep her relevant- so until I see the photos or documented proof of this going down- I will remain a skeptic!

Heidi Klum And Seal Renew Their Vows

Keeping the romance alive, Heidi Klum and Seal renewed their wedding vows at a “White Trash” themed party at a friend’s beach house in Malibu on Saturday (May 9).
With nearly one hundred friends and family members in attendance, the Victoria’s Secret beauty lovingly kissed her wigged “Kiss From a Rose” singing hubby. The couple even had an Elvis Presley lookalike preacher presiding over the ceremony.
According to a source on the scene, the group then listened to 60’s Rock n’ Roll as they partied the night away – with stars like Debra Messing enjoying the fun-filled festivities.
The couple had previously planned to renew their vows in Mexico- but opted to move the shindig to the States due to the current “Swine Flu” pandemic!

Maggie Gyllenhaal & Peter Sarsgaard Tied The Knot In Italy

Maggie Gyllenhaal officially tied the knot with longtime babydaddy Peter Sarsgaard in a ceremony in Italy over the weekend.
“We are happy to confirm that Maggie and Peter were married on Saturday,” reps for both stars said in a statement Monday.
The couple — who began dating in 2002 — announced their engagement in 2006, right around the time that they welcomed the arrival of daughter Ramona.

Lindsay Lohan & Sam Ronson Reconciled Already?!

The same day that Lindsay Lohan spilled the beans on her breakup with DJ Samantha Ronson in an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actress reportedly reunited with her ex.
According to X17Online, Lindsay was spotted visiting the Hollywood Hills home of her ex-girlfriend around 1:30PM on Thursday afternoon.
Lindsay left around 7 PM, but the former couple saw each other again when Lindsay reportedly met up with Samantha at her apartment at 2 AM, where the celebrity spinner stayed until 6 AM.

Just curious but what are these shows that she is producing and what movie is she attached to, that starts filming in October?!
I checked out Ms. Lohans credits on IMDB which shows her co-starring in a movie Dare to Love Me … This should be interesting- there is not one actor on that page I recognize other than Lindsay!

David Letterman Marries Regina Lasko

David Letterman and his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, have tied the knot. The pair were wed in a courthouse ceremony before the Justice of the Peace near their ranch in Montana last Thursday, Entertainment Tonight is reporting.
The late night host revealed that he has made an honest woman out of his son’s mother during the taping of the Late Show on Monday.
“On Thursday, at 3 PM, March 19, 2009 at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Montana, I was married to Regina Lasko,” Letterman told the audience. “Regina and I began dating in February of 1986, and I said, ‘Well, things are going pretty good, let’s just see what happens in about ten years.’ I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years, and I – honestly, whether this happened or not – I secretly felt that men who were married admired me… like I was the last of the real gunslingers, you know what I’m saying?”
Recalling his big day, Dave says things went a little haywire when he, Regina, and their young son Harry got in a pickup truck to go to the courthouse: “So now, we get ready to go and we’ve got to drive into the courthouse and it’s muddy, and we’re supposed to be there at 2, and it’s me, Regina and Harry in the truck, in the pickup truck… So we get two miles from the house and we get stuck in the mud – I mean, turn the truck over, stuck in the mud. So now we think, ‘Well, somebody will come– no, nobody comes along. Nobody comes along – it’s Thursday afternoon, who’s coming along, Zorro? No, nobody – so I get out of the truck and I walk two miles back to the house into a 50 mile an hour wind. It’s not Beverly Hills, it’s Montana, for God’s sakes.”
“And the whole way, I’m thinking, ‘See, smart ass, see, see, you try to get married, this is what happens. See, well, you’ve got nobody to blame but yourself. Could have happened any other day, but you wait now, see, this is what you get.’ So then we get in the car and Harry says, ‘Are we still going into town?’ and I said, ‘Yes, we are,’ and he gets very upset because mom had told him if I wasn’t back in an hour, the deal was off.”
David was previously married for seven years to his college sweetheart Michelle Cook.

Mandy Moore Marries Ryan Adams!!

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams were married in a “small, simple ceremony in Savannah, Georgia” on Tuesday, snitching spies tell Perez Hilton.
Mandy, 24, and Ryan, 34, got engaged last month.
No official confirmation yet, but I’ll keep you posted!

Jennifer Aniston & John Mayer Engagement:

After a little more than a year of dating, are John and Jen ready to walk down the aisle?
John Mayer has commissioned top celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz to create an engagement ring for girlfriend Jennifer Aniston.
A friend close to the couple tells The Mirror:
“Money is no object for John. He is creating a vintage-style classic ring for Jen. He’s looking at 18-carat flawless diamond so he won’t get much change from $4 million.”
Lorraine has made rings for Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, and Heidi Klum.
According to tabloid tattles, Jennifer poor relationship track record has left her lover nervous about proposing. John hopes that presenting Jen with a gorgeous sparkler will do the trick.
“He’s just waiting for the most romantic setting to put the ring on her finger – busy schedules permitting….When he does get down on one knee he wants to be completely sure he gets the right answer. He knows a ring like that would be hard to refuse.”
While that all sounds lovely- I have grown rather sceptical of The Mirror and some of the stories they have put out lately- So in this case, I will believe it when I see Jen rockin a new engagement ring.. until then it’s just all pure speculation!

Kelly Clarkson "I've Never Been In Love"

“Hopeless romantic” Kelly Clarkson has never been in love.
In a new interview with Cosmopolitan, the Grammy-winning singer, 26, confesses that she has “never been in love” but is happy to continue waiting for the right man.
“I want to be [in love] so badly. I’m a hopeless romantic, but I haven’t been there yet. I’d prefer to wait for the right one than settle for second best. I don’t think I’d fall in love easily.”
“I had a boyfriend, who I discovered was only with me because he wanted to be famous,” she said. “Oh, and he also had a girlfriend the entire time we were together.”
“I can spot a cheat a mile off these days,” she added.
Kelly’s new album All I Ever Wanted debuts today.
That is the ultimate burn!! Being used to gain fame- it happens all the time, we just rarely hear stars opening up about it!
