America’s Next Top Model is about to get a facelift.
Tyra Banks, host and executive producer of The CW’s long-running runway competition, has tapped former Chanel muse and Baby Phat founder Kimora Lee Simmons as a judge on the forthcoming 14th cycle of ANTM.
This won’t be Kimora’s first foray sharing the small screen with her on-again/off-again bestie — she formerly appeared as a judge on the first season of Top Model, alongside ex-supermodel Janice Dickinson.

Victoria Beckham Modeling Agency

Victoria Beckham is in discussions to launch her own modeling agency with British mogul Simon Fuller.
The singer-turned-designer – who already helms her own fashion label – is reportedly in talks with her former manager to set up the new business venture in New York City.
“Simon knows that Victoria is very savvy when it comes to fashion. His first foray into fashion was to team up designer Roland Mouret and Victoria, which was a huge success,” a source blabbed to London’s Sunday Mirror.
“Victoria is a key asset to Simon and he wants her to take on a major role.”
Simon – who once managed The Spice Girls – already has a 51 percent controlling stake in the London-based model agency Storm Models and wants something similar in the US.

Lindsay Lohan Dropped Being Dropped From Record Label, And Reportedly Working For Clothes

Is Lindsay Lohan’s career in fashion a labor of love? Earlier this month, Lindsay earned the position as an artistic advisor to fashion house Emanuel Ungaro — an honor later dimmed by poor reviews of her first collection for the line with designer Estrella Archs at Paris Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Week.
But according to FOX News, free clothes may be Lindsay’s only payment for the prestigious gig.
“Ungaro is not paying her at all to be a consultant for them,” a source reportedly close to Lindsay told FOX’s 411 Blog on Friday. “Her team is working to get Lindsay some form of payment from the fashion house, but right now they will only give her free clothes.”
However, in an interview with Times of London on Sunday, Emanuel Ungaro CEO Mounir Moufarrige insisted Linds is being paid “quite enough” for her new position.
“It’s expensive,” he said.
A second source claims recording has been suspended on the star’s long-delayed third album.
“Casablanca [Records] has suspended all further recording sessions of her album and put their working relationship with her on hold,” the tattling tipster told FOX. “Lindsay was committed to making music and has been working on it for 16 months. She is going to go what she can to keep her music career going.”

Noah Cyrus wore a pair of “ladybird” and “vampire” outfits to two separate Halloween fundraisers in Santa Monica over the weekend, sparking criticism online that her dominatrix-inspired outfits were a bit too grown-up for a nine-year-old.
This isn’t Little Noah’s first wardrobe snafu at a recent public event; the child raised eyebrows in August as she pole-danced with pals at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards Pre-Show.
You would think common sense would have kicked in by now…Either the Cyrus parents are completely checked out from reality or they are dumber than dirt- Parenting lesson 101: You don’t make your child into a sex object, especially at the tender age of 9…For shame!

Victoria Beckham ‘Gossip Girl’ Cameo

Victoria Beckham has landed a role on the CW’s primetime teen soap Gossip Girl.
The former Spice Girl is due to fly to New York City this Wednesday, Oct. 21, where she will complete filming for her cameo appearance, London’s The Mirror has learned.
The 35-year-old was persuaded to take the part by series star — and fellow fashionista — Blake Lively. Beckham agreed to appear, but only on one condition.
“She isn’t an actress and wanted her role to be very tongue-in-cheek. An idea for her to play Brit actor Ed Westwick’s long-lost mother was quickly vetoed. Victoria joked that she’d rather play his ex-love interest.”
An industry spy dished: “Blake and co-star Leighton Meester are fans of Victoria’s designs and have both worn her dresses. Blake attended the unveiling of Victoria’s new collection in New York last month, alongside the series’ stylist Eric Damen.”
The source added, “The trio started chatting and Victoria revealed she was a huge fan of the show. From here, Blake pleaded with her to guest star in an episode and ran the idea past producers.”

Selena Gomez Can Add Fashion Designer To Her Resume

Selena Gomez is following in the footsteps of fellow Disney starlets, like Miley Cyrus and Hilary Duff, with the introduction of her chic new clothing line.
The Wizards of Waverly star has teamed up with Generra designer Tom Melillo and fashion business veteran Sandra Campos to create an eco-friendly, bohemian-inspired collection for young girls, Women’s Wear Daily has learned.
The line will feature boho dresses, floral printed tops, jeans, skirts, jackets, and even a few accessories, like hats and scarves. “With my line, I really want to give the customer options on how they can put their own looks together,” Selena told WWD Thursday. “I want the pieces that can be easy to dress up or down, and the fabrics being eco-friendly and organic are superimportant. Also, the tags will all have some of my inspirational quotes on them. I’m just looking to send a good message.”
“Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez” is set to hit stores in the Fall of 2010.
Out of all the up and coming celeb fashion lines, I have to say I’m really excited to see what Selena puts out.

EX- Ralph Lauren Model Fired For Being ‘Over-Weight’ Filippa Hamilton Speaks Out

Filippa Hamilton has allegedly been fired from Ralph Lauren for being too fat. Take a look at her pictures here and let us know if you think she should have been let go:
Hamilton went on the Today Show today to talk about being fired. Apparently she’s 5′10, 120 pounds, which shows just how distorted the modeling industry really is if that’s viewed as large. Filippa claimed to be a size four and says she was fired because she couldn’t fit into designer’s clothes anymore.
Ralph Lauren of course denies it all, saying “We consider her an important part of our imaging and branding,” the designer said in a statement to the media. “We regret that our relationship has ended as a result of her inability to meet the obligations under her contract with us.” Which kind of sounds like his way of confirming the story, since being too large would count as not being able to meet her obligations.

Brunette bombshell Megan Fox will strip down to her underwear for the next round of Giorgio Armani’s Emporio Armani intimate ads, the Italian design house said on Wednesday.
The outspoken Transformers actress will replace singer/fashion icon Victoria Beckham in the Emporio Armani 2009/2010 autumn/winter ladies underwear campaign.
Megan will also be the new official spokesmodel for Armani Jeans.
In a statement Wednesday, Armani announced that the soon-to-be unveiled advertisements were shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles last weekend. The photogs also took the Beckhams’ underwear ad pictures.
Just last Friday, the Milan-based fashion house said Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo would replace David Beckham as the new sports model for the men’s underwear line.

The Kardashian Girls Co-Designing Fashion Line For BeBe

Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian are best known for their impeccable style and traffic-stopping fashion sense, so it’s no surprise that the sisters are designing a new fashion line!
Life & Style reports the Kardashians will be co-designing a fashion line for pricey retailer Bebe. The girls — stars of the E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians — already have a line at their Dash boutique, but “we’re branching out,” middle sister Kim told the mag this week.
“We have a line coming up that we’ve designed for Bebe. So that’s what we’re focusing on right now.”
The brunette babes will be busy collaborating with Bebe for five seasons, Kim reveals. “We each have our signature pieces: Khloé has her collection, Kourtney has hers and I have mine. It’s so exciting.”
