Kandi: “I had the opportunity to direct NeNe. In the first scene I gave her a little direction, but in the second one she needed nooo direction. It was all natural.”
NeNe: “It was very much my personality. I absolutely loved it.”

NeNe: “I chose this alter ego for Lisa because I say she’s my gangsta boo.”
Lisa: “I did like my photo. I can’t relate to pushing the girl scout down and taking her cookies, that is totally not me. I was like, I would be the one defending the girl scout!”
Kim: Stepford Wife & Mistress
NeNe: “Kim was a Stepford Wife and a mistress. So typical Kim. A mistress.”
Kandi: Drunk Driver & Pedestrian Victim
NeNe: “In the very beginning I chose an alter ego for Kandi to be a bride and a groom, I wanted her to be a man and a woman … and Kandi called me up and said, ‘I think I want to go a little bit deeper, because my family was involved in a car accident.’ I really appreciated what she decided to do.”
Kandi: “I loved my photo when I saw it, because my family was able to be there and AJ’s family was able to be there. It wasn’t just a generic alter ego it was really something that not only meant something to me, but was important for people to see.”
Sheree: 7-Figure Thief & Victim
NeNe: “Sheree was great and I’m glad we were able to do it. Sheree finally did get her 7 figures. We know how Sheree likes money.”
Sheree: “I totally see a little of Sheree in both of the characters, the glam girl and the bad ass girl. it is absolutely beautiful, I loved it.”

Gwyneth Paltrow Upset She Has Been Left Off 'Iron Man 2' Posters

Gwyneth Paltrow is brushing off reports that she was left fuming after movie producers replaced her with Scarlett Johansson on posters for their upcoming superhero sequel Iron Man 2.
Mickey Rourke and Johansson, both newcomers to the franchise, are featured standing next to series star Robert Downey Jr. in publicity shots released last week, Gwyneth, on the other hand, is absent from the photos.
The actress, who plays Iron Man’s assistant Pepper Potts in the film, was said to be furious after learning the promotional posters feature images of Scarlett as The Black Widow.
A source tells The Sun: “Gwyneth was afraid she’d be upstaged by Scarlett and not being in the campaign was the final straw. She is furious she’s been left out.”
But a spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actress has dismissed the reports: “She was not at all upset.”

Emma Watson Morphing Into Diva On 'Harry Potter' Set

Emma Watson has never been a pleasure to work with, but blabbing spies on the Wales set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1 & 2 are calling the young actress “more of a pain than usual.”
Emma is best known for her role as Hermoine in the film franchise based on J.K. Rowling’s award-winning literary series, nonetheless the 19-year-old still manages to complain constantly, show up late to set, and upsets cast and crew members, if new tabloid claims are to be believed.
A Chicago Sun-Times tattle says: “Emma is even more moody than usual. … She’s always complaining, showing up late and has upset both cast and crew members with her rudeness. … She’s really become a big diva. … Everyone’s sick of it.”
Emma, a noted fashionista, will register at Rhode Island’s prestigious Brown University this fall.

Shopaholic Paris Hilton is using her millions to cure the global recession.
Oh boy…
The socialite believes splashing her estimated $10 million to $20 million annual salary on diamond-covered Dolce & Gabbana dresses and her tricked out Pepto Bismol-pink Bentley can save the world!
Paris says in an interview with the June issue with Britain’s Tatler Magazine:
“I am helping the economy by doing a lot of shopping….” Bragging about her new Bentley, Paris added: “It has Swarovski crystals everywhere. It’s the Paris pink from my brand….”
Let me be the first to give a giant heartfelt thank you to Paris for doing her part- unfortunately it’s not making an impact on the economy just the public’s perception…

John Mayer has confirmed that he is no fan of the groundbreaking music mag in a series of recent Twitter updates.
“I just read a review in Rolling Stone of a ‘single’ I haven’t even finished recording yet. That’s a new one for me,” he Tweeted late Sunday.
“Rolling Stone’s August 12, 2009 issue is a real piece of s***,” he wrote a short time later.
Sounds a little like someone is unable to take any criticism…more of Mayer’s lovely qualities keep bubbling up!

Leighton Meester Apartment Building Smoking Ban.

Leighton Meester’s building is a smoke-free zone.
The Gossip Girl beauty has left her neighbors in a huff after she banished cigars, cigarettes, and other forms of cancer sticks from all apartments sharing a floor with her posh NYC pad. Leighton has asked neighbors to refrain from lighting up inside their homes because she “develops a sore throat if she’s exposed” to smoke.
“She asked everyone not to smoke because the smell comes under her door,” a Leighton spy tells Star.
Ironically, the young star’s boyfriend, actor Sebastian Stan, and co-star Ed Westwick are both heavy smokers.
“Everyone thinks she’s being a diva.”
I’m just curious how she was able to garner so much control over her apartment building- I mean yes she is a celebrity but it’s not like she is one of the greats, she is just starting out…

Kanye West 'Complex' Cover & Interview

Martin Louis The King, perhaps better known as Kanye West, covers the April/May 2009 issue of Complex Magazine. Hip-hop’s Style Don is promoting the release of two new shoe lines, The Air Yeezy brand, in cooperation with Nike, as well as his highly-publicized Kanye West for Louis Vuitton collection.
In the mag’s seventh anniversary issue, the self-proclaimed egomaniac sounds off on the recession, his beefs with the media, and the infamous backstage meltdown at the 2007 Video Music Awards.
So what would you say was the most important thing you learned about yourself in the last 12 months?
Kanye West:That I can be a very level-headed person. I would never spaz on MTV the way I did before. I feel like there are people who have given a lot to me and I wasn’t appreciative of them. MTV had a major part in making me, so how the hell could I ever come out my mouth and dis them and just be like the cry baby–ass bitch over one performance? How the hell is a 29-year-old grown-ass man acting like a little bitch and getting all emotional? How spoiled can I get?
Did you consider how a recession might affect the reception of the “Martin Louis King” video you made in Paris?
Kanye West: People tune into me for escapism. When you went to the Glow in the Dark Tour, you were literally transported to another planet. I know there’s anti-rich sentiment right now, with corporate people not using their jets and Obama saying heads of banks can’t make more than $500,000, but I really feel like that tape embodied me and what Louis Vuitton is about. I’d like to think I give optimism to people when I stunt. When I have a pink watch on or tight jeans on, people talk shit about me, but if I wore all gray and black, who would be the one to wear all the bright colors? How depressing would it be if I was always depressed, or should I say, the press. I’m here to entertain people and to be the one that does the crazy, bold stuff so they can live through me and get their mind off the recession and the war and whatever else is going on in the world.

Blake Lively: "Gossip Girl Is Ruining My Film Career"

Blake Lively says Gossip Girl is holding her back from further pursuing her film career.
(Of course, because The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants was such a blockbuster.)
Blake Lively says Gossip Girl has prevented her from launching serious career in film because of it’s demanding shooting schedule. The blonde beauty, who plays Serena on the popular CW drama, insists that she’s so busy with the tapings for the hit series that she can’t accept any movie offers coming her way.
“We shoot nine months out of the year, so there are so many films I can’t do,” Blake explains. “On my latest movie I would go and take a day off from Gossip Girl in New York and go to Connecticut and shoot that and then come back the next day. And they don’t really like to share you.”
Katherine Heigl Jr. here needs to be grateful to have a job; meanwhile 12 1/2 million Americans are unemployed. Is it Gossip Girl that’s holding Blake back, or a lack of talent? Be happy you have steady work!

Rumors Over Katy Perry Benji Madden Romance Have Paris Hilton 'Consumed With Jealousy'

Paris Hilton is desperate to win back ex-lover Benji Madden after hearing rumors that the Good Charlotte rocker has been “bumping uglies” with infamous girl kisser Katy Perry.
The hotel heiress, who split from Benji last November, has reportedly been consumed by jealously after seeing pictures of Benji and Katy together on Valentine’s Day.
Benji and Katy spent the most romantic night of the year together keeping each other company in Las Vegas, although the “Hot n Cold”
star has since claimed that the pair are just good friends.
“Paris still has very strong feelings for Benji and seeing those pictures has really hurt her – especially as they were taken so close to her birthday,” a MusicNews source claims. “She is determined to get Benji back and she is not going to let anyone or anything stand in her way.”
I am laughing to myself while reading that last quote- Where she is upset because it was so close to her birthday!! Too funny!

Oh Geez! The Ladies Of Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives Of NYC’ Are Absolutely RID-IC-U-LOUS!!!!!!!

Why Oh Why were these ladies picked back up???
At least on the other Housewives programs there is humor along with their outrageous behavior. The ladies in NYC are so bland and boring but yet so insanely entitled!
The ‘Countess’ absolutely takes the cake in my book- my favorite quote of hers from the season opener is,
“For me that’s the worst a person could be, is people that think they are better than other people, that’s the worst”
Um, how do you say pot calling the kettle black?! Now, rewind to last season when the ‘Countess’ scolded Bethany for introducing her to the driver by her first name and not ‘Countess’…. give me a break!! Then later in this episode, the ever so humble ‘Countess’ refuses service of a bottled beer at the Hampton’s bash citing: ‘The Countess doesn’t drink beer from a bottle!!’ Oh Geeeeezzzzzzz Lady get off your high horse!!
Another favorite part of the episode for me was when Ramona pulls her daughter aside to share the gossip in the Cindy Adams column- Her daughter reminds me of a young spoiled Heidi Montag…. Then later on Ramona takes her husband to a restaurant to discuss the gossip and all he can do is stare at all the ladies walking by!! OUCH! Ramona’s hubby looks like a totally slime ball!
Last night they introduced a new housewife, Kelly. She is by far prettier than any of the other Housewives, that’s for sure! At first, when they introduced her at lunch with Luann I thought they were using her as the type of underdog for this season seeing that she is now a single mom- Then later on in the episode it cuts to what her life is like, and I think she has a lot going for her! She has exciting jobs in fashion and quite frankly may be the one redeeming quality about this season. Kelly’s status seems so far above everyone elses on that show! Maybe she will put some of the ladies in their place (ahem Countess Luann.)
Don’t get me started on Simon, I haven’t completely figured out his damage yet!
I have to say I will probably continue to tune in for the sole fact that watching grown woman act so ludicrous really helps remind me of the type of people I never ever want to end up like!!!! And I can’t deny it can be good material!
Just in case all you Luann fans dream of being just like her, she is coming to your aid!! Luann revealed that she is working on a ‘Manners/Etiquette’ book just for you!!
