Madonna Had Guy Sign Contract On "How To Argue"

You know you have an issue with Control when you have to detail rules on how to properly carry on an argument with your spouse! Word is Madonna had rules for how her now-estranged husband, Guy Ritchie, was allowed to fight with her.

New reports say that the couple had a contract drafted with the help of a marriage counselor, which instructed Guy on how to communicate with his wife when he did something to upset her….

Madonna tried to control husband Guy Ritchie with a marriage contract which urged the film director not to shout at his wife and to devote time to sex, it has emerged.

The alleged document detailed a list of rules for Guy drawn up after the couple attended counselling two years ago.

Guy was told he ‘must work to enrich his wife’s emotional and spiritual well-being’, ‘resolve conflicts in a constructive way’, and devote time to the couple’s ’sexual expressiveness’.

According to The Sun the document even had instructions on what words Guy should use during arguments, and he was told to ’state calmly: I understand that my actions have upset you, please work with me to resolve this.’

He was also expected to spend several hours reading Kabbalah texts with his estranged wife.

A source said Madonna had the contract pinned up in the couple’s New York home after they attended marriage counselling, and would reprimand Guy by saying ‘contract, contract’, if he broke the rules.

A source told The Sun: ‘Guy felt bound up like a kipper’.

David Duchovny & The Tennis Instructor???

David Duchovny’s Tennis Instructor has given a few statements which lead you to believe there was some affair going on between the two, 28-year-old Edit Pakay met David last year when she gave him tennis lessons at the Malibu Racquet Club. She said lessons led to them becoming close friends:

“We have a very, very close friendship. I don’t want to be the third person in the marriage but I know it can be seen that way. David and I are very close friends and we still play tennis together. He’s an excellent player. He likes physically strong, fit women. He is in great shape. He is a wonderful man. He’s a very intelligent, very kind and good man.”

When asked if they were physical,“I don’t want to say anything that might hurt David. I am not going to deny it. I don’t know what our relationship means to him.“

Madonna & Guy Ritchie Make Divorce Settlement-Already!!

There are still some conflicting reports on the amounts-Daily World is saying £10 million cash, The Sun is saying £20 million, it’s widely reported that the attorneys for Madonna and Guy Ritchie have hashed out an early divorce settlement that both parties seem alright with.

There’s no way they just started this last week- I am assuming that the negotiating of this settlement has been in the works for some time now- Don’t you agree?? In more evidence that the process for this divorce started well before the announcement last week, the agreement will give Ritchie somewhere between £10 to 20 million, the Ashcombe House in the country and the Punchbowl Pub he’s so fond of. The cash part of the settlement is for Ritchie’s part of the two Marylebone houses and their cottages.

As a further part of the deal, Guy agrees to a gag clause, swearing him to silence about life with Madge. Guy doesn’t strike me as the kind of guy who would go running to the tabloids to make a buck anyway, so this probably wasn’t a big deal to him.

As part of the deal Guy, 40, has agreed to a gagging clause that will prevent him from ever talking about their seven-and-a-half-year marriage.

The couple agreed the settlement via their lawyers and film director Guy yesterday told friends he is ‘hugely relieved’ and walking away from the broken marriage ‘a happier man’.

Guy will own Ashcombe House, their 1,200 acre £10million estate in Wiltshire, while Madonna will keep the couple’s £7million townhouse in Marylebone in central London.
A source close to Guy said last night: ‘He just wants out, he has had enough of the Madonna circus and he is massively relieved. It was never about the money.

‘The most important things to him are having full access to his kids, whom he adores, and a quiet life.
‘The one thing he wants more than anything is their house in the country along with his pub The Punchbowl.

‘She is giving Guy £10million, which is the value of their London home and it’s basically a way of buying his silence.

Madonna was undoubtedly happy with the arrangement, she gets to keep most of her nearly $600 million fortune. According to the Daily Mail, Madonna will be moving herself and the kids back to the US, but Guy will continue to have full access to them. He decided not to get into a custody fight because he was told there was virtually no way Madonna, as their mother, would be denied custody. The source says Ritchie is a devoted father and will be buying an apartment in NYC so that he can see the kids more often.

That’s not all Guy is going to do more often. Ritchie plans to get a lot more of what he’s been lacking and is looking forward to taking up as many of the propositions he’s always gotten from women as he can.

Pals also said Guy now plans to bed as many women as possible. The source said: “Guy has always been very popular with women. They have thrown themselves at him throughout his marriage but he has always been utterly faithful.

“Now it’s all over he plans to have a little fun — something that has been missing from his life for far too long.”

Billy Bob To Blame For David Duchovny Divorce from Tea Leoni?!

First Guy and Madonna, and now another Hollywood divorce casualty: Former “X-Files” star David Duchovny and his wife of 11 years, actress Tea Leoni, have confirmed their separation. In a statement released by Duchovny’s rep, the pair revealed that they have been living separate lives for quite some time – even before David’s recent stint in rehab for sexual addiction. New reports coming in are speculating that David’s sexual addiction may not be the only factor in the split.

David Duchovny, who recently left rehab for sex addiction, and wife Téa Leoni released a statement Wednesday saying they have been separated for some time.

“In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months,” the statement says. “The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children.”

Duchovny, 48, has been married to actress Leoni since 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

The actor voluntarily entered rehab last summer “for the treatment of sex addiction,” he said in a statement issued in August.

Earlier this month, Duchnovny had “successfully completed the rehab program,” his lawyer said. Duchovny was then spotted with Leoni at the Czech Street Festival in Manhattan.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail is reporting that David was the one who called it quits after finding explicit text messages on Tea Leoni’s cell phone- from none other than Angelina Jolie’s ex, Billy Bob Thornton. Huh?

X Files star David Duchovny and his actress wife Téa Leoni have split up after he discovered explicit text messages on her mobile phone sent by actor Billy Bob Thornton.

Just two months after Téa, 42, encouraged her ’sex addict’ husband to check himself into a rehabilitation clinic the couple are separating after 11 years and two children.

Through text messages on his wife’s mobile phone Duchovny discovered she had begun a relationship with Oscar-winning actor Billy Bob Thornton, 53, who was formerly married to Angelina Jolie.

Five-times married Billy Bob met Téa when they made a comedy film together earlier this year called Manure.

Thornton, a musician with his own band, has been seen with Téa at his gigs. ‘She even helps him load and unload his truck,’ says a friend of the couple.

Thornton, who starred as the U.S. president in Love Actually, has three children by his various wives, plus a four-year-old daughter by his current girlfriend, Connie Angland.

But he is reported as saying that he won’t wed again because marriage ‘doesn’t work’ for him.

It was Téa who persuaded her husband to receive treatment for ’sexual compulsion proclivity’ at the Meadows clinic in Arizona, followed by further treatment at the Keystone centre in Pennsylvania.

‘Yes, they have separated,’ says Téa’s spokeswoman. ‘She is living on her own with the children in New York, but we did not want to announce it for the sake of the children until after David had received treatment for his problems.’

You Mean Madonna & Guy Really Are Getting Divorced?!

According to Us Weekly, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been unofficially separated for over a year – and it sounds like their marriage was probably done with before that. The magazine claims that Madonna and Alex Rodriguez are very much romantically involved, though it seems like the two probably got together after Madge and Guy had split, since their source says they’ve been over for so long that, “‘Guy is not involved in this equation.’”

As Madonna announces her divorce from husband Guy Ritchie, a source close to the singer tells Usmagazine.com she and the New York Yankees slugger “are definitely romantic.”

“Guy is not involved in this equation,” the insider tells Usmagazine.com. “With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven’t been ‘together’ for over a year – they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing.”

An A-Rod source tells Us, “A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever. “Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna’s in.” The source tells Us six days ago that Madonna — who dined with Rodriguez Oct. 2 at Dos Caminos in NYC — “has agreed to be discreet about her relationship with A-Rod until her tour ends and a divorce is announced.”

Madonna has been linked to Rodriguez since early July when Us Weekly broke the news that he had been making late-night visits to her Central Park West apartment in New York City. He would sneak out “as late as midnight,” an insider told Us.
