Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Deny Break-Up Rumors Spread By 'National Enquirer.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have issued a cease-and-desist letter to the National Enquirer demanding “a full public retraction” of the tabloid’s front-page story, which claims that the lovable power couple have “split.”
Attorneys for Mark and Kelly claim the Enquirer printed the story despite “having been told beforehand it was a lie.”
According to the couple’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, “There is not a shred of truth” to the divorce report, as the Live hostess and her soap-starring hubby remain happily married and living with their family in New York City.
Kelly, 38, and Mark, 37, married in 1996 after meeting on the set of the daytime drama All My Children. They have three children: Michael, 11; Lola, 7; and Joaquin, 5.

Blake Fielder- Civil Says He Will Divorce Amy Winehouse In Order To Save Her.

Amy Winehouse’s husband says he’s ending the couple’s 18-month marriage because divorce is the only way to stop the talented songstress from killing herself.
Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently in a rehab clinic as part of his early release from prison, says he feels responsible for Amy’s well-documented drug addiction and will not reconcile with the troubled singer when he leaves the Life Works Center later this month.
“I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful,” Blake, 26, said in an interview with News of the World over the weekend.
“Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”
He adds, “When I see pictures of Amy and the state she’s in it tears my heart out. It scares me to death that I can’t fix Amy. But for her recovery I have to leave her alone. I will do anything for her and that includes walking away.”
“There are still reasons that Amy and I don’t like to be sober and if I go back to her I am basically saying, ‘It’s all right to kill yourself Amy.’”

Gyllenhaal Parents Are Broke.

The divorcing parents of Hollywood stars Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal are facing financial ruin, according to new court documents obtained by the media.
Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Foner separated last January and are seeking to end their 31-year marriage.
In court papers filed in Los Angeles and obtained by TMZ.com, Naomi reveals how she struggled to make an income through her work as a screenwriter, and had to take out a loan to survive during the 2007/2008 Writer’s Guild of America Strike.
She claims she has been left to foot mortgage and insurance payments on the former couple’s four homes, because her estranged husband , a TV director, has refused to assist her.
“During our marriage, our expenses tended to outpace our income. Accordingly, we accumulated a certain amount of debt…”
“I have repeatedly asked Stephen to pay his one-half share of our bills, and he has refused to do so.”
“As recently as the end of September Stephen has told me that he recognises ‘that things are reaching a really dangerous point in terms of the finances… I can’t be clearer that you can’t expect me to help any more with this situation.’ He further stated, ‘I have been clear that worse comes to worse, I will let all of this collapse into ruin, just as I believe letting the markets crash and burn are the right approach. Pain now for clarity and balance later.’”
While that sounds awfully harsh! We have no idea what the real story is or why her soon to be ex-husband refuses to pay up-However, it does make you feel very sorry for her or anyone in that situation!

Stephanie Tanner Has Left Her Husband- How Rude!!

Former Full House star Jodie Sweetin, 26, has separated for her 31-year-old husband, Cody Herpin, after sixteen months of marriage.
PEOPLE Magazine writes:
Sweetin’s agent, Stella Alex, says the actress is “absolutely clean” and that the couple have “come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it’s unfortunate but it’s just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn’t want to be disrespectful to him.”
The pair were married in July 2007 and welcomed the arrival of their daughter Zoie in April.
Jodie, who was previously married to a Los Angeles police officer, is currently writing a tell-all book about the years–and five teeth–she lost to a meth addiction.

Guy Ritchie & Madonna Divorce Settlement.

Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 40, have reached a settlement agreement on their divorce, celebrity insiders tell London’s Evening Standard..
According to the Standard, the British director has not asked for a red cent of Madonna’s estimated $600 million fortune, despite the fact that the couple did not sign a prenup when they wed nearly eight years ago.
Instead, Guy and Madonna have agreed to share custody of their two sons, Rocco, eight, and David, 3. The boys will divide their time between Britain and the U.S., while Madonna’s daughter Lourdes will continue to live with her.
Expect an official announcement on the settlement by the end of the month, the paper says.

A-Rod & Madonna Get Closer, But Madge Wont Leave Guy Alone!

Madonna is reportedly becoming more and more infatuated by Yankees’ third baseman Alex Rodriguez. A-Rod, who allegedly told his personal trainer that Madonna was his “f-in soul mate, dude,” has been spotted at several of her concert venues, including her gig at Dodgers’ Stadium in Los Angeles, and the pair is supposedly planning a trip to Malawi together after her tour ends. Madge has been gushing to friends about A-Rod – but she’s also still taunting her soon-to-be ex-husband Guy Ritchie with obnoxious text messages. Because Madonna can’t sleep at night unless EVERYONE is paying attention to her- even her cast-offs.
MADONNA and Alex Rodriguez are turning to mush over each other. Sources close to Madge tell the Chicago Sun-Times she’s so smitten with her rumored Yankee lover, she informed a close pal he “has the heart of a poet trapped inside an insanely gorgeous body.” Rodriguez, meanwhile, has been writing “sweet, personal and rambling expressions of his feelings,” the paper reports. “Sort of like old-fashioned love notes.”

Somehow, I can’t see A-Rod writing poetry. Rambling expressions, maybe – possibly in crayon.
You’d think that with a hunky new guy to fawn over, that would be enough for Madonna, but of course, she still has to threaten and annoy Guy Ritchie. Apparently, she’s convinced that all of these leaks to the media are coming from him.
Madonna has been taunting Guy Ritchie with dozens of weird text messages.
Director Guy, 40, showed crew on the set of his latest film Sherlock Holmes one which read: “You’re going down.”He said he found his estranged wife’s behaviour odd, but that he is used to it by now. And he confided in one pal: “This is her idea of a joke – but it’s not funny. Imagine what it was like living with her.”
Guy, filming in Manchester, has yet to talk to Madonna, 50, since their split was announced two weeks ago.
But she is said to be fuming details of their marriage have been leaked – and blames him.
A source said: “She loves to wind Guy up and this is just another example of her oddball humour. He doesn’t take these things too seriously. If he did, it would drive him mad.”

If Madonna really is as taken with A-Rod as reported, it won’t be long until we see them together. That’s gonna be weird. They are such an unlikely couple- I had a hard time accepting it. But A-Rod does like the muscular blonds, and Madge has a well documented thing for Latin guys, so I guess it makes sense they’d be lusting after one another. But the “heart of a poet”? Please.

Reese Witherspoon Is Ready To Get Married, But Is Jake?

Reese WItherspoon’s divorce from Ryan Phillippe was both painful and too public for the private actress, but she held her perky pointy chin high and rode out the tabloid storm for the sake of her kids.
Having been burned once, Reese took her relationship with Jake Gylenhaal slowly. The two seem to be compatible and really cute together!
After over a year together, In Touch reports that Reese is finally ready to marry again.
“They laugh at each other’s jokes and they’re both homebodies,” says a friend of the couple. “They have unbelievable chemistry.” Most importantly, her children, Ava, 9, and Deacon, 5, “love him.” On October 23, the couple celebrated Deacon’s birthday at Reese’s Brentwood, Calif., home. “Jake has gotten really close to her kids,” says the friend. “Family is important to him.”
It is to Reese, too. And now the actress wants to make it official and marry Jake. “Reese is not a very spontaneous person,” the pal explains. “So she’s given a lot of thought to whether Jake’s the one for her. And he is.”
Jake brought up marriage a while ago, “but she didn’t want to rush into it,” a source says. Reese, 32, who split with husband Ryan Phillippe, 34, in October 2006, wanted her children to have time to adjust to the divorce. She also needed time to heal. After the split, Reese admitted she was sad: “I’m just sort of living day by day.” But when she started dating Jake in the spring of 2007, he renewed her faith in love.

For the wedding, In Touch reports Reese is planning an intimate ceremony of about 25 guests, to take place at the new $6.9 million house Reese bought in Ojai. A local says, “She’s already inquired with town officials about blocking off the street and getting a ban on helicopters if they marry outside.”
Jake may even convert from Judaism to Christianity for Reese.
While she hasn’t set a date, Reese expects the wedding to happen in 2009.
But now there’s a bump in their fairy tale romance.
The National Enquirer reports Jake has told Reese to cancel wedding plans after the sudden divorce of his parents, Naomi Foner and Stephen Gyllenhaal, after 30 years of marriage.
“Jake is devastated by his mom and dad’s split, and it’s soured him completely on marriage,” an insider told The Enquirer. “He can’t believe that after all these years his mom and dad are divorcing. It blindsided him. He’s already asked Reese to cool off on the wedding talk.”

Even though Jake has moved in with Reese and bonded with her kids, he’s now the one who wants to take things slow.
The actor flew from London where he’s filming Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time to Los Angeles the last weekend in October to tell Oscar winner Reese that he wants to pull the plug on their wedding plans, said the insider.
“It’s too much of a drain for Jake to plan his wedding when he’s mourning his parents’ breakup,” divulged the insider.
“But Reese is already hinting to friends that they were going to throw a lavish ceremony next summer. And while she’s sympathetic to Jake’s heartbreak over his folks, she’s not going to wait forever for him to make a commitment to their future.”

It sounds like this will be a test of Reese and Jake’s relationship that they’ll hopefully be able to work out. Reese is an admitted Type-A personality, but she should give Jake the time and room he needs to deal with his parents’ divorce, the same time and room he gave her after her divorce.

Madonna No Longer Allowed To Adopt Second Child From Malawi.

Madonna’s possible adoption of Malawian orphan Mercy James is offically over.
The stress of trying to get mercy is supposedly on eof the major contributing factors in the demise of her marriage. Ironically because of the divorce, Madonna now has not shot at adopting Mercy.
Madonna’s divorce from Guy Ritchie has put paid to her plans to adopt from Malawi again, according to the country’s Child Welfare Services director. The Material Girl has long shown an interest in giving a home to orphan Mercy James, who she first met at an orphanage in 2006.
But Malawian official Penston Kilembe says the split with Guy, 40, means the adoption cannot be approved.
‘One fundamental condition in scrutinising adoptions is the connectedness of a family,’ he says. ‘We can’t approve a child to go into a broken family because the divorce could be the result of the behaviour of the party trying to adopt. Madonna should forget this one.’
Madge, 50, adopted David Banda, 3, from Malawi last year – but Penston insists the split won’t affect him. ‘His future will be decided by the British courts, who determine issues of custody,’ he tells Grazia. ‘He is no longer our responsibility.’

Mercy’s own extended family didn’t want her to be adopted by Madonna. Her uncle and grandmother steadfastly refused to let her go to any family outside the country. Authorities were really putting a lot of pressure on her grandma to let Madonna have Mercy. It sounds like now the family will get their wish and hopefully Mercy will be adopted by into a Malawian home.

Guy Ritchie Loves The Single Life!

I get the impression that Guy Ritchie’s extended family, and in particular his father, are not big Madonna fans. Not surprising really, considering a significant portion of Madge’s own family don’t like her. Guy Ritchie’s father John is again yapping to the press about how much his son is enjoying being separated.
“He’s been in a very good mood,” his dad, John, exclusively tells In Touch. “I wasn’t upset that they split. I am very pleased for Guy that it is over.”
“Guy is finally starting to socialize in a way that we haven’t seen from him in years,” explains another source, adding that Guy’s desire to see his friends was a big reason behind his divorce. “Madonna had heard that Guy attended a bachelor party, and she became really upset,” says the source. A heated phone argument between the couple prompted Guy to demand an immediate legal separation. “He said, ‘I need to get this divorce going so I can live again.’” Now the only trouble on the horizon is hammering out custody of Rocco, 8, and David, 3. Guy doesn’t want his kids to “live in America permanently,” his father tells In Touch. “He is such a good, positive father, he won’t let that happen.”

Danny Bonaduce Pay's Big For Divorce.

Danny and Gretchen Bonaduce’s divorce was finalized on Wednesday. The 18-year marriage was the subject of the reality TV show “Breaking Bonaduce” and if you saw it, you know why this marriage couldn’t sustain. Danny Bonaduce is certifiable and an addict, and Gretchen was an enabler for most of their marriage. But she put up with a lot, and is getting paid a lot for it.
A Los Angeles judge has signed off on the amicable end to Danny Bonaduce’s nearly 18-year marriage.
Bonaduce will pay $16,000 a month to his ex-wife, Gretchen, for spousal and child support. The former couple will retain joint custody of their children, who are 14 and 7 years old.

Danny and Gretchen got married on the same day they met. By that marker, eighteen years is an incredible feat. On the show, of which Gretchen was an producer, Gretchen appeared to be pretty normal and trying to fight for her marriage, for the kids. Danny, on the other hand was a clearly narcissistic jerk with major substance abuse problems. I thought he was putting on an act for the cameras, but evidently the guy is really that messed up.
And some lucky woman may get to put up with all that on TV again. In the divorce, Danny Bonaduce secured the rights to his next reality show, The Next Mrs. Bonaduce. Seriously. The worst thing about this concept is that there will be a line a mile long of women signing up for this show.
