M.I.A. Baby Due Same Day As 2009 Grammy's.

It’ll be a game-time decision for M.I.A. this February 8 – baby or the 2009 Grammys?
“[They’re] due the same day!” the musician wrote on her MySpace blog on Friday. “So either way I figured I’ll win.”
M.I.A., who is expecting her first child with fiance Benjamin Brewer, received a Grammy nomination for Record of the Year for her summer hit, “Paper Planes.”
The song, featured on the Sri Lanka singer’s 2007 album Kala, first caught a buzz after it was featured its Pineapple Express film trailer last June.

Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson Could Get $2 Million For Baby Bronx Mowgli Photos.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz could receive $2 million for the first public pictures of their newborn son.
The young couple, who welcomed their first son Bronx Mowgli Wentz last week, are expected to receive seven figures for the tot’s photographic world premiere.
“I see Ashlee and Pete coming in at the low seven figures mark,” says Hollywood publicist Howard Bragman. “Two million seems like a good, solid figure for Ashlee and Pete. It’s a two-celeb couple, so that’s a boost for them.”
“….Ashlee was the girl who sang along to the tape recorder. It was a PR nightmare. Now, she’s a newlywed and a new mom, so she’s a lot more relatable.”

'How I Met Your Mother' Star Cobie Smulders Is Pregnant, Too.

The two main female characters in the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother are played perfectly by Alyson Hannigan and Cobie Smulders. Alyson’s character, Lily, is recently, and very happily, married to Marshall, and her recent pregnancy announcement would work seamlessly into the plotline of the show. Lily and Marshall have been considering starting a family, anyway. But Cobie’s character, Robin, is single, without much of a mothering instinct. Cobie Smulders, however, was very happy to announce that she and boyfriend, actor Taran Killam, are expecting a baby in the spring.
Without giving any major spoilers away for anyone behind on episodes, it is becoming possible that Robin could end up having a pregnancy written into the show as easily as Lily could. But the show is being coy about possibilities.
Executive producer Craig Thomas reveals his plans for the Mother mamas…
Craig says, “Everyone’s tremendously excited by all the impending motherhood here at How I Met Your Mother. We’re all so happy for Cobie and Aly, who will undoubtedly be amazing moms!
“And now, a public service announcement: If you’re trying to start a family, please come visit the set of How I Met Your Mother. Just come by and hang out for a day or two. We can’t legally guarantee anything, but by the time you leave, you will almost certainly be pregnant.
“Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to go down to our Wardrobe Department to check out the large burlap sacks Robin and Lily will inexplicably be wearing for the rest of the season.”

Angelina Jolie Preganant Again With Baby #7?!?

Just five months after welcoming the birth of twins Knox and Vivienne, are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt already expecting their seventh child? At least one celebrity mag thinks so!
In Touch alleges that the Oscar-winning actress is three months pregnant, despite representatives for both stars slamming the claim.
“An excited Angie can’t stop talking about the new baby. So why doesn’t Brad seem thrilled?” editor’s write in this week’s issue.
Oh my! I am all for people having as many kids as they want to- especially when they have the finances readily available to support everyone- however, I have to stop and think that if this is true it’s got to hurt there relationship somewhat having this many kids back to back, I can only imagine while it is a joyful experience it’s got to also put a huge strain on the couple!

Pete Wentz & Ashley Simpson Welcome Their Son Into The World!!

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and husband Pete Wentz welcomed the arrival of their first son on Thursday night.
Bronx Mowgli Wentz weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz., and was 20 1/2 inches long.
“Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” a spokesperson tells PEOPLE.
The Bronx is per capita the poorest of New York City’s famous five boroughs. Mowgli was the name of the kid in The Jungle Book. What do you think of the name Pete and Ashlee have selected for their baby boy?

Salma Hayek Addicted To Breastfeeding?!?

Salma Hayek has revealed that she’s finding it difficult to stop breastfeeding. The Frida star, 42, gave birth to daughter Valentina fourteen months ago.
“I’m like an alcoholic,” Salma said of her addiction to nursing in the December issue of Style Magazine.
“It is like, I don’t care if I cry, I don’t care if I am fat, I am just going to do it for one more week, one more month, and then when I see how much good it is doing her and I can’t stop.”
“It is a very powerful thing, you know.”
Salma says the breastfeeding process is painful and contrary to popular belief does not help new mom shed that unsightly pregnancy weight.
“Let me tell you it is tough,” she said. “You don’t know what pain I am in after two hours, how difficult it was at first.”
“And by the way, the myth that says you lose all this weight when you breastfeed? That is so not true! It’s like, please, will everyone stop telling me I look really well.”
I dont know, I think I would have been happy not knowing this information…

A very pregnant Rebecca Romijn poses for the cover of Page Six Magazine, where the Ugly Betty star talks about the upcoming arrival of her twin daughters with husband Jerry O’Connell.
“I have not been without a bra this entire pregnancy. I refuse. I’m not taking any chances. I’m determined to keep the puppies up!”
“We did not do IVF,” she says. “A year ago, we tried [the fertility drug] Clomid for a couple of months unsuccessfully. But by the second month, I was like, ‘Ahhh! I hate this!’ I think when you start messing with your own hormones, it’s crazy-making.”

I’m going to put a little disclaimer on this next excerpt… before you read it you should know you might read some “unsettling” things….
Carnie Wilson – who lost nearly 50 pounds this year with OK! exclusively following her struggle to get slim and healthy – is now announcing her happy baby news. The singer and her musician husband, Rob Bonfiglio, are pregnant with their second child. “My due date is June,” Carnie, 40, proudly tells OK!. “We’re thrilled.” Here, the star reveals how she’ll stick to her diet and exercise routine while pregnant.
How did you find out you were expecting?
I was making dinner, and I took a home-pregnancy test. There was a second line, and I jumped and said, “Oh, my god, I’m pregnant!” Lola [my 3-year-old daughter] and I started screaming and jumping for joy. She was so excited!How did you tell your husband?
I couldn’t get a hold of Rob because he was playing a jazz gig. I taped the pregnancy test to the front door and drew a picture of little stick figures of Daddy, Mommy, Lola and then a little tiny one. I jumped out of bed at midnight and went into the kitchen and I see him holding the stick. He took me in his arms and goes, “Here we go again, honey.” He was happy.What are your hopes for the pregnancy?
I can’t stop thinking about twins! My sister had twins; my grandmother was a twin and my grandmother’s aunt had twins. I had my first ultrasound and we only saw one sac, but it’s not confirmed that it’s not two because one could be hiding in back of the other…. We’ll see!Did you expect to get pregnant so quickly after losing the weight?
I did, actually. We had sex before, during and after ovulation. I was really keeping track of it, and it worked. Also, my body is so healthy now. I think we might have conceived to “She’s Leaving Home” by The Beatles!

Don’t say I didn’t warn you….
The whole article was one of those classic, awkward TMI situations. Carnie Wilson I am happy for you and your fertile womb. But I really don’t need to be privy to your sex schedule, nor to your doing it music. And I realize the pregnancy test taped to the door was meant to be cute, but somehow I can’t get over the bathroom angle of it. I know this is my own problem, but I really have an issue with things that have been in the toilet also being on my front door. Even when they’re really, really joyful.

Star Magazine: Jennifer Aniston Is Having Twins.

Star magazine follows up In Touch Weekly’s cover from last week that featured “Jen Aniston looking pregnant” with “Twins for Jen!”
And this is an example of Star Magazine seriously pushing the envelope.
While many newsstand buyers may believe that Jen is having twins, there are a couple of tip-offs that this is not the case:
First, if Jennifer Aniston was indeed having twins with John Mayer, you would not place any other stories on the cover. (Who cares about Heidi Montag’s ex?)
Also, notice how little space is given to the Jen Aniston story and how large the sidebar is. That’s another tip-off. If Jen’s having twins, you would give the main story much more space and you wouldn’t see the swipe featuring Charlie Sheen.
Moving to the inside story, you’ll quickly see that this cover is about the “determination of Jen to have twins.”
So, Star is not saying that she is pregnant with twins.
Instead, Jen is working on it.
Bottom Line: Pushing the envelope works on the newsstand, but this one may have gone too far.
Who Know’s Maybe she is pregnant with Mayer’s spawn… but until i see them walking hand in hand holding Jennifer’s enourmous baby bump, I’ll chalk this up to another “Star” story….
