Looks like someone’s taken one too many hits from the peace pipe….Twilight actress Kristen Stewart dropped her Golden Popcorn trophy for Best Female Performance during an awkward acceptance at Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards.

In fact, Twilight was the big winner of the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, with the cast and crew accepting popcorn prizes for all of the categories of which they were nominated.

Zac Efron ‘TODAY’ Show Interview- Gets Surprised By Kathie Lee

Former High School Musical star Zac Efron appeared on The TODAY Show Monday to promote his new comedy 17 Again, opening in theaters this weekend.

Zac also took a good ribbing from TODAY cohost Kathie Lee Gifford, who had a thing or several to say about his parody of the Gifford Family on SNL last weekend.

Billy Bob Thornton Interview Meltdown With Jian Ghomeshi CBC Video

Billy Bob Thornton released Holy Hell on Canadian Q TV/CBC interviewer Jian Ghomeshi on Wednesday after Jin had the unmitigated gaul to make reference to the Oscar-winner’s acting career in the introduction to a segment about his pop-country band, The Boxmasters.

You could cut the tension with a knife. How uncomfortable. Billy Bob should be thanking Jian for reminding us that he’s still alive!

The interview is awkward from the get go. I have to say watching the actual video in full I thought that Billy Bob was acting or joking around but the true lash out begins around the 7 minute mark.

Paul McCartney Paris Hilton Duet…

Paris Hilton cornered Paul McCartney at a Post-Grammys Bash with the suggestion that the Beatles legend join her for a musical collaboration on her upcoming sophomore album.

“I’d love to do a duet with you,” the heiress reportedly told Sir Paul at a party for the Recording Academy in Los Angeles on Sunday night. “I’m a singer too and have had an album out.”

One onlooker told The Sun: “Sir Paul was minding his own business when Paris traipsed right up to him and introduced herself.”

When that didn’t work, Paris complimented the 60-year-old on his hair, saying: “It’s just like in The Beatles. It’s so cute.”

“He looked bemused, smiled and nodded — then stumbled out that he’d have to check his schedule,” says the spy, who adds, “I don’t think we’ll be hearing the duet any time soon.”

Britney Spears Run In With Justin Timberlake

Former couple Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake had an awkward chance run-in at a small restaurant that left them actively ignoring each other for a tense half an hour. Timberlake was eating with his live-in girlfriend, Jessica Biel, when Britney came in at 10pm:

Britney Spears ran into ex Justin Timberlake at Yatai Asian Tapas Bar in West Hollywood Monday night, an eyewitness reveals to Usmagazine.com.

Timberlake was in the middle of a late-night dinner with current girlfriend Jessica Biel when Spears walked through the door with her mom Lynne around 10 p.m.

While “Jessica looked gorgeous,” Spears “didn’t look the best, but she probably thought no one would see her, as this restaurant isn’t usually a hot spot,” the onlooker tells Us.

The witness describes the restaurant as “so small…like the size of a living room,” and the situation as “uncomfortable.

“Jessica and Justin looked to be slumping down in their seats to avoid [Spears]. She left 30 minutes later,” another source tells Us. “Shortly afterward, Justin and Jessica got in their car and left.”
