Rihanna Helps 5yr-Old Jasmina Search For Life Saving Bone Marrow!

This is really awesome, I love hearing about stories where celebrities are using their fame in a positive and benefitial light. Last time Rihanna did this I was really impressed- let’s hope this quest for the donor is as successful as the last one.
PEOPLE has teamed up with Rihanna to help 5 year old Jasmina find a bone marrow match that could save her life:
Rihanna is stepping forward to help a 5-year-old New York City girl find a bone marrow donor – the second time in a year that the Grammy Award winner has helped a leukemia victim seek a match.
“When I saw the video of Jasmina it broke my heart. It is so unfair that for a black patient it’s so much harder to find a bone marrow match,” the singer tells PEOPLE exclusively. “Jasmina has acute leukemia and she needs a bone marrow transplant to live.”
Last February, Rihanna helped New Yorker Lisa Flynn find a match by putting out a call for donors on PEOPLE.com. “More than 5,000 donors came forward,” says Katharina Harf of DKMS, the world’s largest nonprofit marrow donor center, which is helping to find a match for Jasmina. “Rihanna has already helped DKMS save many lives,” says Harf. “Now we can count on her again.”
Rihanna was “very upset” when she learned about Jasmina Amena’s struggle with an aggressive and rare form of leukemia, says Harf. “When Rihanna found out about Jasmina, she said, ‘I absolutely have to help her.’ She wanted to do whatever she could for this little girl. Rihanna loves children and no matter how busy she is, she takes time out of her schedule to help them.”

Jim Carrey Gives Girlfriend Jenny McCarthy $50 Million Trust.

In Hollywood, it seems like the biggest, nastiest fights are over money. Many Celebs go to great lengths to hold on to their slice of the pie at all costs. But not Jim Carrey.
In December 2005, Carrey met Jenny McCarthy, Playboy bunny-turned-autism activist. They’ve been together ever since. McCarthy has given numerous interviews about how Carrey is wonderful with her autistic son, and both Carrey and McCarthy have been very open about their relationship, even appearing together on Oprah. They’ve also talked about how they don’t have any plans to marry, but it’s always seemed like Carrey wouldn’t be opposed to it. Now, there’s further proof that this relationship is in for the long haul. Carrey has made a $50 million trust for McCarthy and her son.
Jim Carey has vowed to give his longtime girlfriend Jenny McCarthy a financially secure future – after reportedly setting up a $50 million (GBP35 million) trust fund for the actress despite insisting they will never marry.
The actor, 46, has earned an estimated $200 million (GBP140 million) with his blockbuster comedies – and is desperate to make sure 36-year-old McCarthy is set for life.
A source tells Star magazine, “He adores her and credits her with his better health and happier outlook on life. (He) wants her to have all the perks in life should anything happen to him.”

David Spade $100,000 Donation to Phoenix Police Department

This is very cool.
David Spade is one Hollywood star who still remembers that the holidays are really all about the spirit of giving. And with that spirit in mind, after hearing that some local cops had to pay for their guns out of their own pockets, the Rules of Engagement star opened up his wallet and donated $100,000 to the Phoenix Police Department to go toward the purchase of about 50 AR-15 rifles.
“These guys need to be able to do their jobs, and I am just happy I could help,” David, who grew up in Scottsdale and graduated from Arizona State University, said in a statment Monday.
A police spokesman said the department was very grateful for the helping hand.

Ben Stiller says there could be a Zoolander II in the works. He said he’s seen some scripts and when a good one comes along he’ll bite. No word on whether Owen ‘Hansel’ Wilson will be on board. It’s not a movie without him. Oh, and he’s also eyeing Fockers 3 scripts.
Bring it on Stiller, I would love to see another Zoolander!

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, 1999’s “It Couple of the Year,” will set the stage ablaze with a long-awaited reunion when the pair perform alongside Madonna, during the Material Girl’s Sticky & Sweet Tour stop at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, on Thursday night.
“They are going to be onstage performing with Madonna!”

Elijah Wood & Jack Osbourne Make History!

This is fantastic to watch, I would give my left pinkie to do some of the things Jack Osbourne does on his show Adrenaline Junkie which airs on UK station ITV2 Wednesdays at 9:00.
Elijah and Jack set death-defying world record while taping the season opening episode. Elijah is the first person to cross Victoria falls, the largest waterfalls in the world, by ropes.
I’m just glad Jack Osbourne made it across unmolested by dinosaurs.
