Travis Barker Ditches Shanna Moakler Over Gerard Butler Affair

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have called it quits–again. And yes, just two months ago they stated they were on the path to remarried bliss!
Shanna and Travis break-up and make-up more than an ’80s boy band. What are we going to do with these two?
And you’ll never guess who’s at the center of the most recent split–Gerard Bulter. Shanna, as you may recall, was spotted dining with the actor while her former husband lay in a hospital recovering from severe burns after his plane crashed last October. Butler and Moakler were spotted getting cozy at the Hollywood opening of Shin Korean BBQ last October. At the time of the incident, both parties insisted they were only friends.
We don’t think Travis bought it.
According to a scoop featured in the April 7 edition of Us Weekly: “Travis confronted Shanna about her having an affair with Gerard Butler while he was in the hospital recovering,” the source says.
Travis’ rep tells Us that the drummer is done with his ex-wife for good this time: “After surviving the plane crash his driving force in life is the love he has for his kids. He is tired of all other drama and is ready to move on.”
Well Shanna’s not taking that laying down. A rep for the former Miss. USA has spoken out to Us, saying, “They did break up but Shanna never cheated on Travis while he was in the hospital. Furthermore, Shanna is tired of playing out their personal relationship in the press.”
Wow… these two have definitely lived their personal lives out in the public eye! Good for Travis, moving on sounds pretty darn smart if you ask me! Let’s hope for the kids sake that these two can remain amicable!
