FOX News has captured footage of the mother and stepmother of child star Rubina Ali fighting outside of a home in Mumbi, India after Rubina’s dad allegedly tried to sell the Slumdog Millionaire actress for $300,000 to British journalists posing as a wealthy Saudi couple.
