Hilary Duff Claims She Is Internet Illiterate

Hilary Duff surfs the Net like your Grandma!
At 21, Hilary has to be supervised by her boyfriend when she uses the Internet. The “Stay Cool” star admits she struggles with technology and often needs to enlist the help of BF Mike Comrie, a hockey star with the New York Rangers, when surfing the web.
“I’m really slow. You should see me on the Internet. I’m really bad on the Internet. If I have to find something or look something up, Mike has to be, ‘I’ll show you!’” Hil explains.
Nonetheless, Hilary says she’s ready to start communicating with fans with the help of the latest social networking craze, Twitter….as soon as she figures out how to send her first Tweet.
“I didn’t start Twittering yet but my assistant set up an account for me.”
It’s hard for me to believe Hilary is being honest… I am a big fan of hers but what twenty-something girl doesn’t know her way around the Internet?? Anyone in her generation has been on the computer since they were in elementary school. This statement makes Hilary seem unintelligent which I know she’s not.
In other Hilary Duff news, the former Disney star will make a guest appearance as an out of control young mother suspected of murdering her toddler daughter on a Ripped From The Headlines-inspired episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, airing this Tonight @ 10PM on NBC.
