Staffers who worked with the 16-year-old Hannah Montana star on a recent photoshoot say they were let in on one of Hollywood’s best-kept secrets when Miley’s fake teeth accidentially popped out of her mouth on set.
A spywitness tells the tab: “Her eyeteeth-the pointy ones-are connected by a bridge, and they came out and hit the floor in front of her. Everyone froze.”
