Holly Madison To Replace Jewel On ABC's "Dancing With The Stars"

Holly Madison is joining the cast of Dancing With the Stars 8, Usmagazine.com revealed in a scoop on Wednesday afternoon.

The former Girls Next Door star, and former girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, is the rumored replacement for singer Jewel, whose recent battle with tendinitis of knee has left her ability to compete in question since last week.

Holly’s GND co-star Bridget Marquardt inadvertently confirmed the news while promoting her new Travel Channel show Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches, telling In Touch Weekly:

“I don’t know who Holly’s replacing or what happened, but she’s there trying to learn her dance. Of course she’s upset over her breakup, she really liked him a lot, obviously, but I think going on Dancing With the Stars is perfect timing. It’s perfect for her!”

Dancing With The Stars will return to the ballroom on Monday, March 9 @ 8PM on ABC.

I’m so sad Jewel is bowing out, I love her and was really looking forward to see her face off against husband Ty Murray! Bummer…
