Alyssa Milano Seeking Restraining Order Against 54 Yr. Old Male Stalker.

Alyssa Milano joins fellow actresses Jennifer Garner and Kirsten Dunst as the third celeb in less than a month to pursue a legal shield against a crazed fan.
The former Charmed star is seeking a temporary restraining order against a man who she says tried to break into her home.
In a declaration filed with the court, accused stalker Jeff Turner, a 54-year-old from Santa Cruz, California, is referred to a “an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan,” who Alyssa “ does not personally know nor have any relationship with.”
Turner has allegedly engaged in “increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct,” according to court papers.
The actress says Turner has repeatedly shown up uninvited to her residence, bypassed security measures in an attempt to gain entry into her home and even hiked “miles through the hills to reach my property.”
A hearing has been set for January 21 when the court will decide whether to issue the requested restraining order, which also seeks protection for Alyssa’s parents and brother.
