Jennifer Lopez wore this hideous mermaid dress ten years ago. Beyonce is trying to rock it now in some promos. So who wore it better? The J.Lo in 1998 or the 2008 Beyonce?
For the record, I think this dress is revolting.

It’s art people, if you can’t have a level of appreciation to the dress it’s close-mindedness. Actually the design is admirable and it’s sexy!
